Read moreThis is a special Turkish restaurant in Cliffside Park! Not only is the food very good, but the owner and his family are so warm and welcoming! These are businesses you want to patronize. My favorite items to order here, and I highly recommend your try them are the Sigara Borek, the shepherds salad, Kuabeli Pide (Turkish Pizza), and the Kunefe. The Sigari Borek is the best I’ve had anywhere, and they are generously filled with feta cheese! The shepherds salad is always so crisp and fresh and perfectly dressed! The Kuabelu Pide (Turkish Pizza) is delicious! You can’t leave without ordering the most delicious Turkish dessert the kunafe! It the best I’ve had anywhere! Other items I enjoyed is the fried eggplant in tomato sauce, the rice pudding, the Beyti Kebab, the hummus, and the lamb kebab with yogurt. The only thing here is that different regions of Turkey they make their lamb with yogurt and Beyti Kebab differently. Here they don’t make theirs with the red sauce, and thats how I prefer mine. The dinners all come with fresh made Turkish bread so make sure you order a dip with your order. I highly recommend Dayinin Yeri Restaurant in...

I am a devote of the 333 Palisades Avenue location, although the Gorge Road location is EXCELLENT and beautiful.
Dayinin Yeri is ideal for a date, group of friends (and family) or a party. I’ve done all three. Which is to say, it’s fun for a crowd or dinner for two. Love that it’s BYOB.
The quality and preparation of the food is extraordinary.
The Shepard Salad with fetta is perfection on a plate. The bread, special bread, lahmacun and pide are masterful. The lebni proof there is a heaven and all the all the hot and cold appetizers are fabulous. The entrees, all the kebabs, has-has, fish and combination platters are delicious and easy to share, especially good when you’ve ordered an array of appetizers.
The staff is friendly and personable…as are the other patrons in the restaurant which makes it both a fun and delicious dinning experience. I always feel at home at Dayinin Yeri, and I’ve never...
