Crocs at Partridge Creek — Local services in Clinton Township

Rude staff AND manager! Walked in to do a return and was barely greeted when I approached the counter because all 5 employees were standing there chatting! I was returning several but one pair I had worn and decided to return as after wearing for a couple of hours, realized they were too small. Fyi...the same sandals in just different color fit perfectly! Anyways I knew I may possibly not be able to return but wanted to try Anyways. The associate looked at the bottom and handed to manager who rudely said "these can't be returned "...no apology or explanation. Rude AF! One order I didn't have the card on me used to purchase so she offered a credit. I rudely replied NO...as if I would spend another dime in there with the rude service I received. I will never patronize this...

I walked in there at 6:30 with my wife looking for some crocs for a trip I'm going to, there's 2 teens and a middle age man working .. now they close at 7 .. ... I asked for a size and got nothing but the rudeness ... asked if they could order a size beacuse they didn't have the size i want . They said they can't.... I know you can .... anyway ... the cherry on the top was when I was walking around looking and I glanced at the teen working and she give me that stank eye.. the get the he'll out face ... I continued and they locked the door when we were in the store still .. keep in mind it's not 7 yet ... so I decided to just get my things and leave .. terrible experience and honeslty do not recommend anyone go to the location and I hope this...

Worse service ever, went in the store did not receive any help at all four workers at the store 3 younger people one older gentlemen at the time . Was walked by a few time no one greeted me or ask if I needed some help. This was my first time in the store I walked every inch of the store to find what I was looking for. My son asked for a pair of crocs for receiving all A’s on his report card. Only reason I purchased my items did not want my son to be disappointed as I was when I entered that store. Wish I could send this to a corporate person because they all need training in sales “101”greeting every customer that comes in the door, and helping we all never been into a croc store or know all the facts about them.
