I love lulu this has nothing to do with their clothing but it does have to do with their covid set up and the workers at this location. I stood in line for 30 minutes to find out it wasnāt even a line, it was a line for after you sign up for a virtual line. Mind you itās 30° out. They left no type of sign about it not being a line to get in until you get to the very front. None of the workers wanted to tell the customers. So then I joined the online waitlist at 5:00pm and I was at the mall until 6:30pm waiting for my spot from 17 go down to 1. It is now 8:50pm and Iām still in spot number 8 mind you they closed at 7 tonight for the holiday extended hours. The lady behind me I feel really bad for people her spot in line was up and she stood behind me the entire time I also stood there. I donāt think she ever got in either. Find a better set up! Makes me not wanna buy anything. Iāve wasted so much money here just to stand outside of a store looking...

When I finally went back to get it removed, and asked her to change them for a new pair since I feel like I might have damaged the fabric trying to take it off myself! the cashier immediately claimed the pants were online only and said I didnāt buy them in-store ā even though they had the sensor on them! I even offered for her to check my account to confirm my purchase, but she brushed me off, gave me a number to call, and refused to help.
This isnāt my first bad experience at this Lululemon. The staff act arrogant and clearly donāt understand customer service. Definitely think twice before...

I had to race to this location Christmas Eve morning after being informed by Lululemon that they had messed up and my orders had not shipped. Long story short, I had two items for my son bcuz nothing had shipped!
At the time, 12/23 at approximately 8:30 pm Lululemon was NOT helpful on the phone! They have since remedied that to my satisfaction! They actually were very generous and Iām very thankful!!!
On Christmas Eve morning I had no shopping reservation & no slots weāre available but showed up anyway!
I explained my situation to Myra and she KINDLY allowed me in to shop for items for my son and actually had someone help me find items as the inventory was low!
