I went in for a return around 10:20 a.m. My return was 80 dollars, manager told me she “could not” return the items due to the fact it would’ve “messed her register up”. She didn’t want to make her work harder for herself. She then asked me if I wanted a gift card or to come back at a later time. I stated to her that was not possible due to my schedule, that I needed my money back, and she just told me I was sol. As someone who works in retail, I know it was possible for her to get me my change back, seeing as I have done it on multiple accounts for customers, regardless of the establishment, most retail places OPEN with at least a 300 till.
