Open the box before you leave the store I bought a piece and it was broken!!! Thankfully they replaced it but the second one they opened was cracked in a few places! They replaced it completely free of charge but I'd open any glass pieces before leaving!

Called to check on availability of the dr.dabber switch 2 and the person who answered was rude and hung up will be gladly taking the money I was going to buy the switch 2 with to another business who actually values customer service. Edit: Have already called almost paradise in iowa city and will be gladly driving the extra distance to spend the $420 plus tax for the dr.dabber switch there. Coming from a store manager of a dispensary, i will not be recommending any Essentials store to anyone who buys cannabis products...

Just left there and the guy thought he could get away with charging me 2 times for 1 vape I say something he got mad and then changed the total and said I charged you 2 times because I didn't know to rang up twice yeah okay this is the 4th time I've caught them up on trying to over charge not only me but other people right infront of me more then the total should be watch out using your debit card and make sure to check your total before you pay...

Essentials is my go to vape shop...very clean lots of selections to choose from...FiveStar app can ge t points and deals..Always very friendly to my whole family. Nav has me learning Poonjabi.. always check your stuff before you leave not just here but anywhere they have no control over a vape or product that's prepacked...
