Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Clinton

I am only giving them a 3 star because my family and myself had a bad first time experience here. There was a group of 7 of us, taking my husband out for his birthday. It was a little packed. But after getting in through the crowd I was standing at the front counter their was about 5 employees there and not one of them said Hi or welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings, instead i got blink looks like they didn't know what to do. I then asked a guy who was sitting down how does this work... do i let you know how many is in my party? He said okay so I told him 7 of us and the last name is Wilson if you need that. He then said oh ya i do and he then wrote it on a note pad and then my 9 year old grand daughter asked him if we needed one of those pager things because she noticed other people waiting had those too. So he gave it to us and I then had to ask him how long will it be before we get a table, he said about 15 to 20 minutes, I said okay that is alright we can wait. So then after 20 minutes our pager went off and our group went back to the front counter we handed the pager to the same guy sitting there. Then another girl came over and said how many is in your group and I told her 7 and she said oh sorry it says 2 on the note pad. So we had to wait about 10 minutes longer. We finally got a table it was outside. Underneath our table was a bit dirty so we had flies around us and the sun was blinding us. The waitress was not very friendly and was a little rushy. Our food took awhile to get and I ordered honey BBQ bone out wings and I got bourbon BBQ wings. My husband ordered mild bone out wings and he asked me to try one it was very salty tasting. We decided not to say anything because it already took so long from the time we walked in the door til the time we actually got our food. So our overall first experience at Buffalo wild wings was not good ... we might not be returning back any time soon and we thought it was...

It was Sunday and every place was closed except Buffalo wild wings and Applebee's. So Buffalo wild wings it was neither one of us really wanted to but we were hungry, when I first came into the restaurant it was funny cuz I saw my son there and he said don't eat here you won't be happy. Funny he was right. The wait staff themselves were wonderful I forget our server's name but she was very attentive and made sure that we had everything that we wanted. The kitchen on the other hand well I don't like leaving vernaculars like that in my reviews but they can take a long walk on a short pier. We had a chicken wrap with chips and salsa and an All American cheeseburger with french fries and a side salad. My Burger got there really quick then 10 to 12 minutes later the chicken wrap showed up my side salad never did show up I had to ask for it it was packed in it to go sitting back there for who knows what had no tomatoes look like the bottom of the bag for the lettuce it was all in all a very unappetizing looking salad.

We asked to speak to the manager very nice woman came over offered to comp our meal. I told her half was fine we did eat the food we just did enjoy any of it, the burger was undercooked and the bacon that was on it was definitely undercooked but it was the first thing to come out. Needless to say they have some new program fresh and hot fresh and ready be aware of it when you go in, if you order and have a party of 10, unless you specifically asked to have all of your food served at the same time it will come out piecemeal like main course here appetizer there salad here. I felt very bad for the manager, she seemed like she was doing the best she could under corporates directions. It may be another two years before I go back but we'll see, best of...

I'm not one to complain alot for the simple fact I have been in the serving industry for about 7 years, I get some things but the last few times we've been here it just keeps going down hill. Me, my daughter and my fiancé came in last night. Host was nice and sat us right away. We waited a good 10 mintues before our server came over ( it wasn't busy at all) just to even get a drink. I said what I wanted 3 times and still got a different drink. My fiancé waited a while for his and didn't even get offered a water while he waited. Finally got his drink, then our order was taken. I also repeated myself a good amount of times about wanting fries with my order (which I never got as well) but we were charged with. Food was cold and not the best. Yeah, I understand things happen but it's also the servers job to make sure all of the food is there, didn't even come over to ask how the food was. Again, we usually love bdubs but it has gone down hill...
