I drove to the guard shack. I was told to circle back around and exit to drop my empty trailer in the yard to the left. It has been a few years since I have been there before today. It was easier this time from what I remember. I do not remember that yard outside of the entrance. Maybe it was there. Maybe it wasn't. Anyway, I bobtailed back to the guard again and made a right to get my load. Then I checked out. I think the woman in the guard shack is the type of person who does not like to repeat herself. I can read people at times. So I tried to remember as best as I could on what to do. Sometimes people talk too fast but I also know how busy they are. Read moreEasy in and out, lots of maneuver room. Loading times sporadic. Sometimes quick in and out, other times 2.5-3 hours for a 40' container. Wear your hardhat, or the loaner they will give u at gate. Dayshift lady in guard shack is grumpy. If you suspect overweight load (I was 4k over on drives and told them - apparently we drivers are too untrustworthy and don't know the state of our equipment arrogant attitude. Who pays the overweight, I wonder...) they are going to send u offsite to confirm, and they won't sign time sheets for detention pay. CAT scale 3 miles away on US 30.

Read moreI arrived for a fcfs frozen delivery at 05:30 with receiving hours between 06:00 - 23:00. They told me to park in gravel lot because there was not enough room in freezer and then I started reading reviews and getting progressively more nervous. I hit the bunk for a nap and got a knock on my door at 07:30 and assigned a dock and immediately started unloading. Truck and trailer are shaking now and I should be out of here shortly so it seems like this place is hit or miss. Probably best to try and be the first truck in the morning.
