A lot to say here. This place is terrible. Let’s start at the beginning. On august 4th I went in here and bought a drag 3. Didn’t come with batteries so I had to buy them from here separately. The lady behind the counter at the time asked me to give her the device and the batteries and put a coil in to “test it” to see if it works. This was my birthday I didn’t have the energy at this point in the day to be rude or argue it so I humored her and gave her the item. She put the new batteries in and fired it without juice in the tank and fried my coil. She then said “ just put some juice on it and it will be fine you won’t even know.” The coil was clearly charred so I said no you need to replace it. She told me they didn’t even carry the coils. She offered to give me a discount on the batteries but instead made me use my reward points I just got as the “discount” she was gonna give me. A little over a month later I talked to their manager and the woman just said there’s nothing she can do. Got an attitude over my frustration with their inadequacy. Started to raise her voice at me so I hung up. Her only offer to help with the situation was to have me come in and buy even more batteries from them. The mods terrible they burnt one of my coils didn’t replace the batteries I bought from them don’t work and the only solution was for me to buy more stuff from them? No replacement no refund nothing. Just come in and buy more stuff and this time I’ll give you a discount? Absolutely unbelievable experience I’ll never shop here again. I’m making sure anyone I know doesn’t go here either. Save yourselves...

I called ahead to confirm they sell Amsterdam Shag, a Peter Stokkebye lineup of fine hand rolling tobacco. I arrived and chose my product that was not handed to me. I paid cash and then took possession of the pouch and immediately noticed it was bone ass dry. I asked to inspect the other pouches and even different varieties. All were dry and stale. I then asked for a refund and they were like, no exchanges or refunds.

That is BS. It’s like going to a grocery store and buying a carton a milk that is a year past its sell by date and being told, “sorry, you bought it you can’t return it.” Any decent tobacco shop knows that this stuff doesn’t last forever. They cell cigars too. Keep it in the humidor.

Anyway, rude staff. Bad policy. Could have offered an exchange for lighters or something. Didn’t even offer a free humidor pouch that they sell for $1.79. If you want fresh tobacco try...

This place is amazing. So many choices and the prices are great. I’ve gone in there a few times now to buy some kratom and their prices are some of the best i’ve found for miles around. The kratom is amazing and they carry all the good brands. They also have delta 8 and delta 9 edibles, and nicotine vape disposables, smoking accessories, pretty much anything your heart desires. I went in there a few days ago and bought a big bag of indo white vein OPMS kratom and i’m not dissappointed at all. The staff is always very friendly. Some of them are more knowledgeable than others but that’s okay. I highly recommend you to check this place out! Super great prices and super good service from the staff!...
