IF I could give a zero star review I would. I used their app to order our food. I was told by the app to be at the Clinton, UT location by 1:15 pm. I was there at 1:15 pm. I called the number to tell them I was here and ready to pick up my food. They said I didn't have an order. They asked if I ordered online and I told them I ordered through their app. They said they didn't have my order. I was put on hold for 5 minutes while the person I was talking to talked with the manager. In the back ground I heard the person talking to the manager and they were saying that I was lying. I never put in order and I was trying to get free food.
First of all, I consider myself an honest person. I try my best to see the bigger picture and know they were busy. But to accuse me of lying and stealing is outrageous and landish. The person I was talking to stated that they will make my order and I needed to show the charge on my card saying I really did pay for it. It took them 20 minutes to get my food out. There were a hand full of cars from the drive in and the pickup line that got their food before mine. I actually had to wave down another employee to check to see if my food was really coming. My food came and I did show on my banking app that I really did pay for it. The employee didn't seem to care.
I will never ever go back to this establishment. This hasn't been the only time this has happened to me. It has also happened at the Layton, UT location as well. Everyone was really unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope that their regional manager and corporate management sees this. I am going to tell everyone I know not to go...
Read moreOn Sunday 12-JAN-2025 I ordered 3 large boxes of chowmein, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken for me and my family to share. Out of the 5 of us, me, my wife and our 3 and 1 year old ate it while my 15 year old chose not to as she had already eaten. Since that day all 4 of us got sick with constant vomiting, diarrhea and high fever. Our 1 year old got the worst of it and had to go to the ER as she could not keep anything down at all (not even a few sips of water which she’d immediately throw up) for over 24 hours and did not fill a single diaper during that time. During the ER visit the doctor stated she likely caught Norovirus. Luckily the treatment she received worked and ended with a few days of diarrhea after she was finally able to keep some food and liquids down and it wasn’t until today (17-JAN-2025) that she was able to eat a full meal without issue. Our 3 year old got a mild fever and constant vomiting for a full night and had to miss a day of pre-school. Thankfully it subsided within the same day. Me and my wife have spent the last few days now dealing with constant diarrhea and vomiting. The only one in our household that hasn’t had any issues with sickness at all is our 15 year old who didn’t eat food from this Panda Express which is how we drew our conclusion. If you value yours and your family’s health I would strongly advise against visiting this location and go to a different one. The last time we ordered a similar meal was from the Layton location and did not have any...
Read moreWow the reviews on this place are Either really good or.... Really bad. My family and I will occasionally go here and we have never had an issue. The food is always, the staff is friendly but nothing exceptional. We got there around 630 and we were able to get in and enjoy our food there. I got the orange chicken and fried rice in a bowl and shared it with my son. My brother got the noodles, lemon chicken, and the orange chicken. Like I said before they greeted us, got our food out warm, and the staff was kind. The cashier even noticed my son and gave an extra fortune cookie for him to enjoy. So well done on that part. On some of the reviews I noticed they complained about portion sizes, food getting cold, rude staff, or bad customer service. We have never experienced that, but we also realize that inflation has really screwed up the fast food industry, and people always need more training. Maybe a bad day on the staff? Or a bad staff member needs to go? Anyways I am always willing to give a second chance as long as it wasn't violent or excessive. People always make mistakes and most people deserve a second chance. If you do decide to come, there is a lot of construction on 2000. It is best to come south on 2000 to avoid crossing lanes because again people are people and can be extremely rude when driving. Making it difficult...
