Felt uncomfortable! I’ve ask the girl at the counter if the have Karseell and she reply she didn’t know so she went in the back and ask for help . A woman came out and ask me what I was using it for. So I replied to hydrate my hair . Make it look silky. And she looked at me and ask very loud “for wigs”? I was already uncomfortable having to wear a wig because I am sick and my hair is falling out . But this look that she give me like over the shoulder make me feel even worse. I’ve got all the products she recommended but I also hold a state license for nail tech so I have a discount if 20% off in all my products. At the time of checking out she said she can’t get the discount to work and at the moment 5% was the only discount she can do . She can’t figure it out on the computer so yeah I need to pay with the 5%. And I’ve ask what about the product I need to return and she quickly replied I don’t carry that in this store so I won’t take it. Did I mention that I bought it at that store ? I feel uncomfortable, not humiliated but in a way I was treated differently. So I decided to leave everything in the counter and walked away.    Read moreI have been calling this Sally’s all week looking for purple hair chalk for my daughter’s Halloween costume. I talked to two different girls and they BOTH wrote down my name & phone number and ASSURED me that as soon as they got their shipment in, they’d call me. I called them this morning because I figured maybe they hadn’t unboxed everything last night and this girl told me they were all out of it already. I explained that she literally wrote my name/number down YESTERDAY promising to call me as soon as it arrived…. She then switches it up and says she has 10 more boxes to unbox and that she’ll call me back if she finds any???? ARE YOU SERIOUS? So first you promised to call me as soon as it came in and then you tell me it’s all sold out, but you still have more unboxing to do? These people had no intention on calling me back to begin with….. and then they lie and gaslight me…. trying to waste some more of my time…. All for what??? I got home, only cut open the tape holding the box closed is all I did. Didn’t even touch them, I’m livid that I was told wrong, and I can’t even return them. I am out $200 dollars because I was given the wrong information about a product that YOU SELL!!
Like, if you aren’t sure, be honest about it, then I know that I’m taking a gamble on it. But this girl assured me the clips were brown. They’re not going to blend into my hair now no matter what I do. I’m just screwed.
