Okay, so this place is pretty bad. I ordered the pulled chicken, brisket sandwich and the potato salad with two sauces on the side. I asked for the tangy sauce and the hot bbq sauce. When I got home and tasted the brisket it looked and tasted like the brisket you get out of the tubs at the local super market. There wasn't hardly any smoke to the meat at all. Now had they used Hickory or Mesquite you would have definitely been able to tell. They have a more pronounced flavor of bacon with mesquite its more of a hearty earthy flavor. Now had they used Cherry the brisket would of had a more reddish tint with a sweet undertone. Pecan the same as the cherry with a slightly sweeter flavor profile minus the reddish tint. The pulled pork was covered in bbq already which I knew was going to be a red flag. Who in the world puts the sauce on the meat before they serve it. That’s the entire reason why they ask if you want sauces on the side. You never ever EVER put the sauce on the meat. In all the years I’ve always been told sauce hides your imperfections. The pulled chicken was bland no seasoning and it also had sauce again the chicken had literally no smoke. Now I was expecting them to run Apple wood with chicken Hell at this point I would have settled for any smoke profile at this point. Now to the sauces, now coming from KC these were by far the worse sauces. The one that was ā€œtangyā€ tasted like apple cider vinegar with maybe a maple syrup mix. The hot bbq sauce was just unbearable, I can't even describe what that disaster was. Overall I will never order bbq from this establishment again. Oh yeah the bread was just white bread not toasted with butter...

I'm from TEXAS. I'm an extreme critic of Barbecue. After 51 years, I've never liked east coast "North Carolina" style BBQ. HOWEVER, after ordering 10 times from them, I am sold on Supreme Barbecue! This BBQ is better than Daves (by far) and Lefty's.

Supreme BBQ is delicious with large portion sizes. They make custom BBQ sauce that I like. Again, it's got that "North Carolina Style" taste I was never fond of until now. They changed my mind about this style. It actually tastes "exotic", while at the same time maintaining that down home taste. I'm sure people here are used to this kind of taste of BBQ sauce, but not me.

This is the first place that turned me on to that "North Carolina Style" with a tiny hint of vinegar. Where I'm from, we don't put vinegar in BBQ sauce. Reluctantly I tried it again here.... THUMBS UP. I don't know how they do it, but they got it right. shaking head yes

NOW LETS GET TO THAT MAC AND CHEESE. Oh my days! Their Mac and Cheese is actually the best item on the menu. It's got a cheesy blend I haven't had before. I end up eating the Mac and Cheese while the BBQ is an afterthought. This has NEVER happened with me.

The Mac and Cheese is what brought me here to give kudos. Two thumbs up, five stars. My big mama will be jealous of how much I like it.

I just took a bite of this Mac and Cheese while I write the review. When I type "MMMMMM" I want you to feel it. Absolutely delicious! Make you say "ooh wee".

First I would like to add that this is was my first time here, came to this establishment on a late evening snack I would say…. Around 9:45pm 15 mins before closing time. Usually when an establishment is coming to a close for the day and you’re the last customer believe me you’re not going to get the same results as you would ordering earlier in the day. But NOT in this establishment!!!!

I was greeted by open arms and ready to take my order. Since I was new here I took a minute to look through their menu. I’m a big brisket fan and saw the brisket sandwich. Then my significant other got the turkey sandwich.

After they took our order we asked a few questions about the history of the place. They’ve been in this area for about a year now and what’s so awesome is that this is FILIPINO OWNED! What a surprised and it shows! If you’ve been in a Filipino restaurant or the culture you will be treated respectfully and make you feel at home and they did just that!

On to the food… AMAZING! We were both surprised because first it was close to closing time and my brisket was flavorful and juicy. I’m sure they gave me the prized cut which is from the point… if you know your brisket you know what I’m talking about.

The smoke pulled turkey sandwich was new to us and was amazing as well.

Y’all if you want hospitality and just good ol tasting mouth watering bbq this is the place to...

This is a cute little casual food restaurant. They have about 8 - 10 stools to sit inside, but the setup seems to be for you to pickup your food and leave. I can’t remember off the top of my head, but there may be outdoor seating. We tried their brisket which was cooked perfectly and tastes amazing! Unfortunately, that was the only thing that did. The macaroni and cheese was disgusting and so were the sweet potatoes. If you are used to African-American style cooking, I would not recommend! The boba however, was also great! We will definitely come back for the meat and boba! They also offer some Filipino options that we will likely try when we return. Also, I want to mention that the staff are very friendly and very helpful! You guys have a nice group of people working back there!

We ordered the smoked wings, pulled pork, and brisket. The pulled pork arrived mixed with BBQ sauce, it was alright but tasted like any pulled pork produced variety found in supermarkets. On the other hand, the brisket was good, juicy and well seasoned. I'd definitely order it again. Regarding the smoked wings, I couldn't detect any smokiness, and they appeared to be fried. I know that frying can often overpower the smoky flavor from experience and this might be what was happening here. We also ordered sides of coleslaw and fries. The fries were crispy and seasoned with old bay, but the coleslaw tasted stale, like it was sitting too long in the refrigerator. We paid about $47 dollars including the drinks, plenty of parking at the location.

With no visible waiting line, my bf and I stood at the register only to be ignored for several minutes by the pink hair girl. No greeting or acknowledgement as we waited to have our order taken (it seemed as if she purposefully tried not to even look at us). My bf said we ā€œneed assistanceā€ and she ignored him! With s higher volume, I finely asked ā€œexcuse me, is there anyone here that will help usā€? I let bf give the order, as I was irritated and didn’t want to patronize this place anymore… I really want to speak with mgmt or give the pink hair girl a lesson on how to to give customer service. #1- Acknowledge your visitors.
