bauble + thread — Local services in Clovis

This review is based on the lack of customer service from Bauble & Thread. I called daily, multiple times, over 10 days, to inquire about an item I saw in their window. Every time I called there was a recording, stating their hours, then " leave a message "....but the mailbox was full, so I couldn't. I then tried texting (their site said they would reply to texts).....no reply. When I was in the area, I noticed the store was open. There were 4 people in the store...3 customers, 1 employee. The employee never acknowledged my presence, even after the other 2 customers left. So many boutiques in Old Town Clovis...won't be returning...

Bauble + Thread is such a cute boutique! My coworker's and I spent over 30 mins walking around and browsing the unique curated selection in the store. We were visiting from Kansas so this made the perfect stop for us to find things to bring back with is. We all found something to match our different likes and styles. I would give 5 stars if there were some true plus sized items in the store. Overall great experience and I recommend this to anyone...

If you didn't visit Bauble +Thread you need to! They have the most beautiful sweaters and Cardigans. The staff is super sweet. The lady let me browse the store and I feel so comfortable not been follow or been pressure me to buy anything. They have great prices in all their items. Also they have jewelry and small cute stuff. The store is so beautiful overall. Parking...
