
Came to this salon for almost a year and a half for my lash extension services. Mystery was amazing, never had any issues. She had me in & out in a hour every 2 weeks. She moved & I decided to continue attending ForeverAdored due to the convenience to my work location & bc she stated the lash techs were all trained by the owner. So I trusted that. The past 2 months have been a disappointment to say the least. I have asked for the exact look that I use to get but seem to always get something different. When my session is completed I was told by the tech that she tried something new. (Example she went a little longer or used a different glue.) when that is not my request. I’ve also had to come back twice in one week for my services to be completed, which is an inconvenience. This last time I left the salon with what seemed to be an exaggerated volume right eye & my same natural lashes on my left eye. They did not match at all. I was charged extra for idk what exactly only to leave the salon half done & not what I asked for. Mind you woke up with swollen eyes the next morning. I was told by that lash tech that I did not have good lash retention. I have been getting my lashes done for years & have never been told that. It seemed as if I was the problem every time. The owner Kelli called me, she wasn’t very understanding, told me she is the owner but because every one there is independent it was out of her hands to try & assist me with my concerns. As an owner you’d think she’d try to be helpful as this can give your salon a bad reputation for the way workers work on clients attending her salon. Read moreDO NOT use this salon!!! Two reasons... 1- I am not happy with final product. Extensions were only attached to my middle lashes which made the edges look odd. Was hoping for a tapered look on the edges. I felt that the technician rushed the job due to her family showing up at closing. 2- A technician locked us inside the building to be “safe” since we were the only two left in the salon. Somehow keys were lost and I was there for almost 2 additional hours waiting for the door to be unlocked. Losing the keys is understandable. I forget at times too. My issue is they way the technician and owner responded to the incident. I was not allowed in the back of the salon and was told there was no back door. After an hour of waiting for the technician to get help, I demanded the owners phone number. I called her cell and asked her to call a locksmith and she said no. The owner wanted to call other employees to see if someone with a key was close by. She never mentioned the option of leaving out the back door. After an hour and a half, I decided to call the police and even after the police arrived, the technician would not allow me to leave via back door. Very odd behavior if both technician and owner. I attempted to call the owner a few days after the incident and she has not returned my call. It has been over a week now. I received zero apologies or credit for future services from the owner to try and keep my business. What kind of owner does not respond? ... or educate employees of emergency evacuation? Common...
Read moreThis place is located in a cheesy strip mall location. The staff are rude and unprofessional. The beds are uncomfortable and covered with dirty looking sheets. The owner makes no effort to make you feel comfortable or happy. They do not give you any extra tools like the other salons do. I went there several times because it is close to work.
