(*SANDRA) the manager that i was told was her name which she hesitated so i don't believe it but if it is i hope she sees this as well as the people who are running this store. She is the worst manager i have ever seen not only to the way that she treats customer requests as well as the way she runs the shop when she is on duty. I have never bothered really to put my input until yesterday when i went in drive thru to get my order taken and was given a chicken little that was cold and go cup that had wedges hard and room temp. The sierra mist was obviously out but i didn't notice anything until i got a home a 5 minute drive from the area. I call her when i get home and she answers very rudely without letting you know you have contacted KFC haha. Next when i tell her what i happened and she continues probing me with questions that are in relation to being a suspect to a robbery like she is a CSI agent to try and say im in the wrong...when she cant find any excuse she rudely answers "okay so what do you want?" i told her i need this fixed and she says " OOOOhhhhh you need us to fix it huh well i dont think we need to fix anything "then after letting her know that i know the the main manager at this location she changes her tone....only slightly as she went on to tell me that i i never went and placed a order in drive thru and that im jus trying to get a free meal even though i had my receipt.... what this lady fails to realise is that not everyone wants to get a free meal out of these fast food stores other people have crap to do that's way more important than wasting my time to drive back and fix something these people cant get right which is acceptable in my opinion as long as they can just fix it afterwards........now here i am writing an essay after i just got done doing homework because this lady SANDRA if that's her real name is something i making my personal goal to change her attitude or give her a financial blow to her life and family that she will not see coming....i'm sure that her workers that work with her know she is a crap manager and can vouch for this.....ill be by to personally go through with getting her fixed or gone...
Read moreMy boyfriend ordered through the KFC app at 7:35pm on 1/15/24. We arrived at the location around 7:40pm and went through the drive thru to inform that we placed a mobile order. We were instructed to proceed to window number 2. When arriving to the window the gentleman informed us the food is still being made and to park in stall number 1. After waiting at the stall for over 20 minutes my boyfriend checked in his app for KFC and seen the order was ready. He called into the location to inform the person who answered the phone that on the app it shows the order is ready. However, the employee (male) said the food is still being worked on. After waiting another 10 minutes my boyfriend decided to go into the location to check if it was ready yet. When he went in a guy wearing a grey jacket informed him that the lobby is closed because they are closing early. This was now 8:05pm and their hours of operation stated they close at 11:00pm. My boyfriend said he had placed a mobile order and has been waiting for over 30 minutes to get the food. Come to find out it still wasn’t ready. The employees were laughing at the situation. I then went into the establishment and asked for a manager. The manager came out whose name is Corey. He stated that the location was going to be closing soon and someone was supposed to cover for him since he wasn’t feeling well. He seemed fake and nonchalant about the circumstance. He definitely should not be in his role as a manager as he and his whole entire team this evening seem to be incompetent. After FINALLY getting our food we came home and our two large sides were missing, the food was cold and stale. The food was trash!! On top of that the cleanliness was horrible. Trash was spilled all over the floor behind the cooking area. I will be reaching out to Jose the district manager first thing...
Read moreI ordered the shared box with 6 pc chicken. I requested all legs and when I got to my car I had mixed pc. I moved the pieces arround in the box with my hands to see if I had more legs then any of the other pieces thinking I would just take the box and go but no, I had two legs so I took the opened box back in and told the cashier that I ordered all legs. She relied, Im sorry, I didn’t fix the box so she took the box I had, took all the none legs out placing them in another box then she added more legs to my box then she gave me my box with my original order. Why didn’t she just throw the box of chicken away or just give them to me for making the mistake and wasting my time? No she put that chicken back in the pan to give to someone else, will never order there again. She did that in front of other customers to, I wonder what they thought about that😳 This location was on Blackstone near the community college...
