Kronic — Local services in Cocoa

This will be my second review for this store. I'm now editing the great 5 star review I left this store not too long ago in hopes that the owner will see it. I found the great review and wanted to return to show the owner I didn't delete it, like he rudely stated I did, or never did it to begin with. So here's the reason why I'm leaving this terrible review. I went in today and just asked if my husband could leave a review in order to get the 2 dollar discount... the owner jumped down my throat and told me I've already left two reviews, when in all actuality, I've only left one. I would attest to that because i wanted to leave this review and i had to press the edit button because i have already left a 5 star review. The owner, instead of politely saying no, he couldn't do the discount, he persisted that he's already given me two discounts for a review before this, which I've only recieved one. But the way he came at me today disgusted me and made me really uncomfortable. My husband was so appalled, he had to walk out of the store to prevent saying something to the guy. I will no longer be shopping for my vapes here. I was a loyal customer until today. I honestly was in there probably two times a week, sometimes more. It really upset me that the guy was SO rude to me, when he could of just kindly said no to me. Even though it's a little more expensive, I will now be shopping at the other smoke shop, not even a mile up the road. So, if you want kind customer service, do not shop at Kronic. The owner is a jerk, I saw his true colors today. Shout out to the jerk who caused this review, i hope you see it in your emails and I'm sorry i didn't return to show you my 5 start review, i would have loved to rub that...

I have been coming here to get my vape pens for 3 years and I have been getting the exact same ones each time and I come in every month or two and get them. I called this morning to see if they still had any because I know they discontinued making them so not alot of places have any left. The lady who answered was extremely rude and blunt. She cut me off and told me they have never told that vape pen there before and she had no idea what I was talking about. I continued to tell her yes you do sell these here I have bought them from you for years now and I have been coming to kronic since it was a hookah lounge and when the smoke shop was across the street from where it's located now on the other side. The lady who answered could have gotten up and looked since I was just in the shop last week and they still had some left but not much. I feel like she didn't even get up to check for me she just told me nope we have never sold those before and she didn't know what I was talking about. I have receipts from when I have bought these pens here. If you're going to work for a smoke shop, you should know your smoke shop better than the customers and stop telling customers they are wrong. That's all I'm saying i will no longer be a customer at this smoke shop unless the cool hippy guy is working or the owner is there. I know this lady who answered and I have had issues in the past on my own terms with her being rude to me in person as well as on the phone multiple other times.

Edit since it won't let me respond, she is very rude and if you call the smokes shops around kronic they all said the same thing to me and she is just covering up for the way she acted because she has been rude to me in the past in person and...

I've just come to the realization that the owner of this shop just doesn't like me. I've left 3 reviews here now. One 5 star, shouting out to all the guys who work here AND how great the shop is, and now this second poor review. The owner claimed he has given me multiple discounts... yes, I recieved one two dollar discount for leaving a great review, and there was one time I had a vape that wasn't working right. So yes, the guy was nice enough to give me a discount. Well, my husband and I went in two weeks ago and he changed his colors REAL quick. I asked if my husband were to leave a good review could we get the two dollar discount (two bucks guys, WOW, so much) anyway, he went on to say I've deleted my reviews and I never did it to begin with. I went and pulled up a five star review and in order to leave a bad one I had to delete the good one... so I couldn't possibly leave more than one without deleting it, and since I still had the good review up, I obviously didn't do what he accused me of doing. So, now he tells me I cannot shop here unless my husband deletes his review. Unbelieveable the lengths this guy goes to in order to get a good review. This is horrible...
