If you care about making an appointment and having it start on time, don’t go here. I made an appointment for 2:00, and for some reason they had to call another artist artist to come in from Melbourne or something. It’s understandable when appointments run 15 or even 20 minutes late, as in a hair appointment. So we weren’t seen until around 3:00. We got two very small tattoos on our thumbs which were a $150 a piece. Per thumb. I know tattoo prices tend to be high because it is artwork, but this is my twelfth tattoo, so I’m not new to this game which was how I was meant to feel from the very start. I will say that all of the female employees, including our artist, were exceptionally polite and a pleasure to work with.

Tattoos on hands fade fast, which is what we were told and we were told to come back in two weeks for a touch up. After two weeks I called back and spoke to Archa, who was condescending (even the first time meeting him) and said “this isn’t McDonalds” which it certainly wasn’t because you get better service there. He told us we could come back in today, though apparently him and his whole staff heard Sunday.

Apparently all the customers today have true appointments, while ours was just a wait and see one.

I never write bad reviews. I’ve left a tons of positive reviews, so it takes a lot for me to do this. As I refuse to go back to them (it got that bad during a conversation with Archa) I hopefully can find a place that knows what appointments are and won’t be...

Me and my homegirl just so happened to be walking by. We were on a cocoa village adventure. We saw the shop and walked by talking about piercings and tattoos. Me already having a stud nose piercing I was like "screw it, let's go back and get me a nose hoop piercing". I went in, everyone was so warm ans welcoming!!!! I just wanted to have a nose piercing changed I couldn't figure to do on my own. And they were SOOOO knowledgeable. It wasn't just a "NO" with a piercing I wanted and couldn't get. They actually explained no and why and due to certain factors. I love it!!!!! I can't wait to go back for my best friends first nose piercing. They are so kind and on top of that, you will recieve that warm turkish 🇹🇷 hospitality. They are about to revive the old me and get tattoos again just from their hospitality and talent alone. If you're asking yourself "should I?" The answer is yes. Come here!!!! It's a whole vibe!!! Pure communication the entire process. At this point this is the only spot I'll frequent. Having me think of piercings I don't really need just so I can be in the presences of cool...

I’ve been delayed in posting this sooner!

In June, I walked in at random with my cousin who was visiting from Hawaii. The team and artist were so professional. After screening three other shops in Brevard that day face-to-face, this was the cleanest, most professional spot with amazing artwork in their global portfolio. It was easy to know and feel that this was the right spot for the job.

This was special. Having our grandfather’s hula girl recreated to honor his service in Pearl Harbor on our arms where he wore his was pretty sacred and important to us both. We brought our vision to Arca and they sat down over coffee to sketch it out for us. We both came away with new ink that keeps our grandfather’s spirit near to us so we can remember him daily.
