Jonnie, Ken, and Karen are all amazing! Friendly, helpful, and always seem like they love being there. Every one of them has been helpful and pleasant at some point. Also, clean facilities, peaceful environment, yet walkable to lots of restaurants and shops in Cocoa Village. Love it!

Nice Marina but they do not control the noise of very loud wedding parties on the end dock. Goes long past a normal bed time, now after 10:20 pm and going strong with louder-than-usual music and base. Did not know their large boat was rented out for wedding parties into the night.

I just now got off the phone with them. I’m north heading there way and I had damage to some rigging on my sailboat in a storm. I needed replacement parts shipped somewhere and I’m anchoring right by there marina before shooting across to the Bahamas in a few days. I am in need of a place to ship these relatively small parts to so I called Cocoa Village Marina. They refused to except the packages. Said it was against their policy. What Marina turns their back on a sailor...

Best marina in the area and it's not even close! Ken the dockmaster is great! He is the best. Great guy! Everyone that works here is super nice! They are always accomodating. The Captains Lounge and bathrooms are always clean. This is the best marina I have kept my boat. The location is fantastic. You can walk into Cocoa Village and enjoy lots of great restaurants and shopping. Best marina...
