PetSmart — Local services in Colerain Township

The WORST Possible experience EVER. I will not be coming back for anything . I recently moved from Springdale to the Colerain area and had to change groomers . From the beginning I had some weird feeling leaving my dogs there only for it to get worse when almost 5 hours had passed and no phone call, when I was told about 2-3 hours for them both . ( A golden retriever and a small pup ) reasonable. I came in without a call only to be not greeted and then told in a rude way to pay before I could get my pups . Because of the wierd feeling I wanted to see my dogs . When I saw my dogs I immediately was disappointed. My golden had beautiful gold long hair that was literally chopped in ugly ways as if someone had gotten the scissors with their eyes closed I clearly asked for a small trim as his hair was beautiful and well taken care of , his hair was not even brushed besides that as he had loads of hair falling off him . My second dog was given bangs when again I asked for a trim , her beautiful curls were literally chopped off very ugly . I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND AM SO DISSAPOINTED I RATHER DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO SPRINGDALE THAN GO BACK. Almost $200 for a HORRIBLE cut and service . If I could give this place a 0...

For the first time , I ordered online and picked up in the store option....Boy was I totally surprised. I screwed everything up from the start but this did not stop the wonderful young lady from making my experience a wonderful one. First off I did not check for any email telling me my order was ready , secondly ... I forgot exactly what I had ordered because there was 3 types of the same brand name and sizes . and third and final wrong I had done was walk all the way to the back of the store to grab the 40lb bag or Kitty litter when the order I placed was sitting in a cart at the front of the store just inside the front doors right by the checkout register ... So the wonderful employee grabbed my bag of litter and explained how the process actually works and then suggested next time to use the stay in your car service. I wish I had known this was an option. I am disabled and the walk to the back left corner of the store was already too much for me to do . But to have to wait to ask for help to load it on a shopping cart is always humiliating to me . PETSMART gained my business and I am blessed to have had an employee that was great at her job... SHE...

Very unprofessional. I ordered curbside pick up. Had been waiting around 10 min. Made a joking comment to the man on the phone (I called to make sure the app had checked me In correctly since it had been longer than I’ve normally waited) that I shouldn’t have to wait till his line died down or id be there all night he got snippy with me hung up. Then 5 more min went by and a guy in civilian clothes was coming towards my car didn’t think anything of it bc he looked like a shopper. Had his hood up etc. turns out he came to the back of my car and sharply pushed the card towards my trunk. I rolled the window down when I noticed I was going to say sorry I upset him. Even tho I didn’t do anything wrong and he got snippy and walked to his personal car and left. I then had to unload the cart 44 lb bag and 30 lb bag food and then take the cart back. I did go inside and asked for the manager. And she said sorry but he was a manager too. I SHOP here 3-4 times a week. And I told her I’ll never be back. Absolutely pathetic how...
