Skyline, you are one of my favorite places to eat. I have enjoyed you for many years and have many fine memories of spending time there with family and friends accompanied by great service and great food. I have raved at your qualities and rarely had to complain as it is so hard to use criticism as a tool for improvement , however, sometimes, when a business operates at such a high level of satisfaction, it may fall complacent and ride the wave of many successful years that have provided the community with such great pleasures and experiences. Last night , I ordered two of your fine chilito wraps only to find that you had certainly forgot to make chili (that which you are famous for) as part of the experience. This is not a one time experience, it is an experience of late which does cause me to hesitate and many times not choose to continue eating at my once favorite restaurant. There was this huge roll of tortilla , which we know are very inexpensive and so little ingredients inside that I literally had cold shredded cheese inside which could not have amounted to even a tenth of what I was charged. If you want to remain at the top, please remember, that we, the consumer, love your chili and we would like to have some when we come there to enjoy it. Unfortunately, when we go through a drive-thru we do not know what we get sometimes until we have made the long drive home and by then, driving back to add an ingredient and look like the person that just wants to make life tough on other people is not worth it. Over time though, you do lose your customer base if this happens too often . Please remember to put some chili on a chilito , unless someone request cheese only. I sometimes think that when it is closer to closing time, the chili may be rationed to avoid having to heat up a fresh pot. Please be generous with your drive thru customers. Thank you...
Read moreRacist and poor customer service my order was two cheese coneys with no onion only to bite into one that had onions so i had to trash them bf I got more sick i tt the Male manager who told me if I want my coneys remade I had to dig them out the trash 🗑 umm why would u want trashed food where u are cooking ppls orders thats unsanitary I had my receipt and you just served my food 2 mins ago so you know you made my food wrong and won't remake them as if I wanted free food or something I judt want what I paid for I came in from out of town and stopped off to get a bite to eat o my to be treated unfairly and the manager did not make it right shame on you on my way out someone was comming up to have three food remade bc they had mustard on there coneys and they requested no mustard they didnt have the old ones and they replaced there food so yea I won't pr my family will never go to another skyline ever...
Read moreWhile doing a door dash. I noticed my phone was going dead. However, I had already accepted a order. I plugged my phone inro my car charger and prayed that I could finish this order before the app ate up my battery. I ran in left my car running, risking being robbed for this order. My integrity runs deep! After giving the name on the order to the clerk she asked to see my phone. I explained the dire situation but the clerk didn't care. And after begging the supervisor Susan to have some compasion she looked at me and said. I'm sorry, you have to bring your phone in so we can confirm your order. I even offered to shoe her at the car. Upon bringing the phone in she didn't even check it. Luckily the phone did not go dead and I was able to make the delivery anywat. the humanity of some people is just not there anymore. 😕
