I was disappointed with my experience at Rally House. I shopped online and picked out a t-shirt that I wanted to purchase for my son, but decided to go into the store to see if there may be something that I would want for myself. We are huge University of Cincinnati fans, and always looking for new fan gear. I quickly found the t-shirt that I saw online and wanted to find something for myself. I stopped a Sales Associate (Alex) who was walking past, and asked if there was a section that had Womenâs cut t-shirts and other apparel. He looked confused and said âI have no ideaâ. I explained that I looking for t-shirts that are more of a slim cut, not the boxy shape of a Menâs t-shirts. He said he didnât know. He never offered to find out or ask another associate or manager. Being in the retail field myself for more than 25 yrs, I know âI donât knowâ without an offer to find out is one of the easiest ways to lose a customer. I looked around for a moment but saw no other associates to ask and decided just to buy the one t-shirt. Since it is the beginning of football season, I had planned on buying at least a few things while the selection was great, but left with just one $35 t-shirt. There was only one other customer in the store, but I was never approached by anyone to ask if I needed assistance. It definitely was a missed opportunity for a larger sale...
Read moreI went in on Black Friday with my daughter. We were greeted when we walked in, but that was almost the end of anything positive. No one offered help on the sales floor. When we were ready to check out there was one single sweet girl checking people out. The line was growing and during this time, 3 other employees gathered less then 3 feet from her to talk about when they were quitting, who else was quitting, and how terrible their job was. They even complained that they weren't running any Black Friday sales, so why were all these people in the store. Meanwhile, the sweet girl at the checkout kept dealing with the people in line without a negative word. There is more that happened, but it comes down to poor customer service and employees who hate their jobs and aren't afraid to complain about the customers. I'm pretty sure it will be the last time I go in this store since apparently a high percentage of the employees hate that customers...
Read moreI walked into the store ready to spend some money on Bengals gear. I felt weird because no one greeted me as I walked in or said anything when I turned to leave. I was confused because there were 3 employees standing in the front entrance talking about something that was more important than me. I was disappointed so I popped my head back in and told them I couldn't believe they let me walk in and leave without a greet. They displayed horrible Social Skills. I'm pretty sure not one of them owns this store.... I would have preferred to give a review with a nice photo of my Bengals stuff, but...
