I took my senior mother, daughter, and granddaughter's (youngest 6 years old) here to dine in to celebrate my Mom's birthday at 2:10 pm Not many patrons in this establishment at all. The restaurant was "dead."
It took forever for someone to approach our table once we were seated. The waitress took our drink orders and gave us menus.
She finally came back to our table about 15 minutes later to deliver drinks and to take our order.
We ordered cheeseburgers, chicken, a specialty salad, and a bowl of potato soup. I asked her to please bring out the soup and salads as soon as she could. She said "no problem."
It took approximately 30 minutes for her to bring out soup and the salads.
She never once checked to see if we needed fresh beverages while waiting for our lunch entrees.
Our waitress came to our table a short while later and said she was going on a break and another waitress would be bringing out our entrees. We had no clue who this other waitress was.
After close to an hour waiting for entrees, I sought out a manager. A young man identified himself as a manager, and I asked him to please check on our order bcs we have have been waiting close to an hour after we placed our orders.
This young man who identified as a manager never came to our table to give us any explanation.
Ten minutes later, the entrees were brought to our table. It was very apparent that our entrees sat on the warmer for a long time.
The cheeseburgers were burnt, and the cook tried to hide this by turning the burnt side down on the bun. These were NOT edible and hard. The specialty salad was not prepared as ordered. The granddaughters chicken entrees were not hot (not even warm), but they ate them because they were hungry.
I took the burnt cheeseburgers up to the front and told them that this was unacceptable and showed them the burnt burgers .
Brittany (owner or General manage, came over to our table and apologized. She asked if we wanted new entrees. We declined. She said she would take the charges off our bill.
We waited for our bill, and once again, I had to get up and seek out Brittany, who never brought our bill to the table. We should have just walked out because it was apparent that the staff didn't worry about being paid.
This was an awful service when the establishment was not even full! There were approximately 4 other families there at this time.
I can't imagine how this restaurant works during busy prime times. This was AWFUL!
WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. If you plan on patronizing this establishment, prepare for hours! Unacceptable, to...

Read moreWe went to QS&L for my son's 13th birthday. He wanted wings so he chose to eat here. My mom and son both ordered boneless wings and I ordered bone in wings. My wings were' slimy and fatty, not crispy at all like fried wings usually are. So when the waitress came over I explained and asked if I could get them well done, she took them and I sat there and ate nothing while I watched my family eat their meals. My son was disappointed because his wings were only warm. So at this point I was over eating wings. The manager came over and took my meal off the check and got me something else to go without charging me. Despite the free food we won't be back. This is our 2nd bad experience at this restaurant at this location. I do...
