Special shout out to Derrick, his brother and Valerie! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was my first visit to this new car wash and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all they had an amazing special going on for their grand opening. I jumped on that deal. As for the wash their equipment did a very good job at cleaning my car. My car is usually light to medium dirty and their wash rack had no problem making my car shine. At the vacuum stations they offer extras to clean your car. The vacuums are powerful and they also offer compressed air, window cleaner and clean towels. Their stations are shaded so you can detail your car in comfort. I highly recommend.

I stopped by after church this morning and went ahead and got the Feel Good option $19.00. They gave out their own air freshener, which was a plus. The wash as they stated took 3 minutes. It was done in a blink of an eye, jk. They're 3 things that I look into a car wash, spot: 1. A good cause (projects in Zambia, Africa) 2. Strong vacuum sucker and 3. Towels, High air pressure, and a plus window cleaner. Feel Great execute and provide all 3 and even top of that, beyond customer service with a signature feel great smile. Thanks to Robert, Derek, and Trenton for giving my truck a feel great wash and this will be my to go car wash spot in North Richland Hills.

The guy was really nice and very helpful. I did get the basic but I would think these Water drops would come off Update: MY CAR IS SCRATCHED !!! I know they have a sign that says they aren’t responsible but I’m letting y’all know before y’all take ur vehicles here 👎🏼

Trinity,Derek, and Robert are a helpful team at Feel Great they are kind and friendly staff, they dont pressure you into purchasing any membership but do a good job at promoting the company. The wash it self is quick and gentle on the vehicle no issues with damage or scratches observed after the was. Vacuums are strong and get the job done same for the air hose which helps with details, they also provide plenty of clean towels at each station. The area is well maintained and clean every time I have gone. The staff is always at post ready to help and great all customers.
