Let me first say that I have been eating at this place for over 8 years and have been a very loyal customer. The food is usually always great and so is the service. Tonight, I ordered take out as usual and paid in advance and had my son pick it up on his way home from work. I ordered over the phone as usual and when my son got home, our bag did not contain one of the orders. Stuff happens, I get it, but when I called about it, the person that took my order kept stating it was in the bag and it wasn't. I had three dinner orders and their accompanying items like rice, broth but not the third order. After nearly five minutes on the phone going back and forth with her and her going back and forth with someone in the background, I was told to bring it all back. So, back in the bag it went and back to the restaurant again. What did they do? They cooked the meal that should have been in there all along, re-wrapped the previous items in saran wrap and sent those items back but cold. So, two cold meals, one hot meal, and no real apology. The Thai Garlic which is supposed to have crispy fried garlic on the top did not or if it did, it was completely soggy. The Katsu with egg noodles that had crispy fried chicken was soggy and cold as well. The final meal that they cooked of the Pad Thai was great as usual but after the way I was treated (I'm not a criminal trying to steal food) and getting sent back cold food instead of them making the entire order again, it will be a long time before I...

We have ordered from Ocha three times now for takeout. The food is tasty and has good quality. Enough so that we will just call to place a pick up order and within 20-25m it is ready for pickup.

One thing I would like to share is that we can tell their veggies and meats (chicken and beef) are fresh and of good portion compared to other places. No off smells, textures, dryness, etc.

We enjoyed a couple of staple items such as Pad thai and their fried rice. They also have a curry fried rice where you specify the curry flavor (red, green, yellow, mamasan, etc). I tried the yellow curry fried rice with chicken and really enjoyed it.

We also order Red and Green curry (chicken) along with a spicy beef sir fry and the tom cha soup. Egg rolls and nice as well.

only item/s that I would change? -Although take out is great, One day I need to order and dine inhouse to enjoy the freshly prepared meal! I bet it is in another level. but then again leftovers on Day 2 are great as well.

-They do not appear to have an online ordering site, so you must call in your order. That is fine, yet there are times I am in a meeting and cant just step out to make a call for delicious thai!

No options for delivery. think Doordash,...

The food was great! The resturant itself was very clean and friendly. I got pineapple curry and it was delicious, and the perfect amount of heat. My server was very friendly. The restrooms were clean as well.

My one (small) complaint was the boba tea wasn't very good. I ordered it after my meal to take with me. The tea itself tasted great, but the boba was severely undercooked and lacked any flavor. That being said, tapioca takes an awful long time to cook and I arrived early in the day. They probably just hadn't finished cooking that batch. If that were the case I would've liked for them to let me know before I ordered it because the boba wasn't worth the price.

That's a small and even an understandable problem though. Overall the food was beyond excellent and the service was good too. Highly recommend to anybody. Just be careful with the...

I’m in town from Colorado visiting family for the weekend and was having trouble finding food that wasn’t just meat meat meat and my sister in law recommended this place. I got the Salmon Panang and Pad Kee Mow w/tofu and wow…seriously sooooooooo good. The salmon was crunchy on top and tender on the inside and I appreciated how they adjusted the spice level in the curry so it wasn’t too spicy. I got a side of brown rice to go with it but didn’t even use the rice because the curry was just so good. The vegetable tasted like they had been marinating in the curry for hours; it was just so delicious. The Pad Kee Mow dish was also really flavorful; the tomatoes are always my favorite part of this dish and these soaked up all the flavor from the sauce of the dish and again, so yummy. Next time I’m back in town and have a hankering for Thai food, I’ll be back here!

Lately, I've been trying Thai cuisine at many restaurants owned by local business owners. And, I would say the experiences have been quite unique and taste-driven. Yesterday, I ate at this place referred by my friends and the food was delish. We ordered Cashew nuts with Tofu /Veggies with Fried Rice as a side, Khao Soi with Tofu with rice noodles, Mama Special Noodles (their speciality) and Spring Noodles (with peanut sauce). I never knew, vegetarian thai food would be that good. Please make sure to let them know the spice level (1-5) and inform if you want it to make it vegan (no eggs, no fish oil, no oyster oil to be used). Cheers!! #BYOB

This is a hidden gem located in a not so good neighborhood, but once you walk in you immediately feel like you’re at home. Their Thai tea is as authentic as it gets with a nice splash of milk to add that creamy flavor you’ve been wanting. I decided to get a Pad Kee Mao at spice level 4/5 which was the right move. The spice was that appropriate burn that was manageable during your meal but when you get to the last few bites you had to breathe. Overall was super friendly and nice establishment to be given the area. I would highly recommend coming back again, I would make the drive out from Arlington to this if I was in the mood for Thai.
