Quite well stocked and organized store with kind and friendly clientele but the manager, Ryder, really solidifies the establishment. Extremely personable and knowledgeable, Ryder handles his realm with great poise. Always willing to answer questions, make recommendations, and he really listens to what YOU are wanting out of Warhammer to help you find the right path to maximize your enjoyment. His passion for the craft is abundant and palpable and he really helps you get motivated and impassioned yourself. Even in a room with multiple people, he is attentive and makes you feel seen and heard. I went in knowing incredibly little and he has made learning the culture and lore intriguing and interesting. I started coming to this store regularly around 4 months ago to learn how to paint and play Warhammer 40K. I can genuinely say that if you want to learn either how to paint or play, Don (Store Manager) is the best guy in DFW to learn from.

Awesome Teacher, especially when it comes to painting. Drove 20+ hours to come to the Citadel Warhammer from out of state, until something crazy happened to shut it down midday while i was only an hour away from there . I called this location and Don answered , Telling him of my plight right before closing time he understood and said that I come visit this location anyway. He went above and beyond to keep his shop open and talk about the special items available there during this location's anniversary celebration. He was awesome and understood my disappointment in my pilgrimage of the GW stores from Corpus Christi to here, which we dot not have in my area.
