The other day I went to the pharmacy. As I got up to the counter, I realized I didn't have the GoodRx app open, so I rushed to get it open bc ppl were behind me in line. The app would not let me access the info I needed. Being in a rush to let the ppl behind me go, I just went ahead & paid the regular price. As I got to my car, I finally got the app working, so I went right back in, hoping they would have mercy on me since I just barely purchased it. As I opened my mouth to speak, a tech(?) with long, straight brown hair, came rushing up from behind the cashier to loudly & aggressively tell me that I can't return it, but she can do a price adjustment. She proceeded with hostility to tell me that "it's very hard to do a price adjustment." (It took her less than a minute to do, so I'm not sure how "very" hard it was). Then, she noticed that I was a GoodRx Gold member. She proceeded to abrasively tell me that I should have told her that from the beginning. (I had cancelled my GoodRx Gold, but I was having a terrible day, so I just let her berate me in front of all the employees). At LEAST 4 things she loudly chastised me about in public: 1) I should have had my app ready. 2) I didn't have to buy it in the first place. 3) It's "really" hard to do a price adjustment. 4) I should have told her I was GoodRx Gold (when I wasn't). What she doesn't realize is that I don't work for her! She works for ME. She needs some serious training in customer service. We're her bread & butter! There was a little confusion with my order, so when I picked up the cake, the decorations weren’t as I requested. I communicated this to Rae, and she and Brittany quickly fixed the cake while I waited and had it ready for me in less than 10 minutes!
