I have shopped at this store, 1409, before and it's always been a nice experience. On 8-11-19 when I went there a young lady by the name of Christina Harry was there. She made my experience there "exceptional", not just nice. This is the first time I really felt the need to do a review because I thought the "art" of really caring about your profession and helping the customer was just over. This young lady gives me hope again!! Thank you...

I absolutely love Loft and will recommend it to anyone who wants to dress more modesty. Shelly and Shay are both wonderful, kind, and helpful people. The customer service was by far the best interaction I have had and I left with so many beautiful clothes for my trip to Japan. I now have a new favorite store and can’t wait to pay...
