Mid-South Furniture — Local services in Collierville

DO NOT BUY from this place!!!! The company does not stand behind their products. I was looking to buy 2 new cabinets for my home. I was going to go back to Mid-South furniture. My husband and I were in a discussion when we looked at the cabinet we currently have from Mid-South furniture. To our surprise one was cracked EVERYWHERE. I called the store and was told they would look into it. Then I got a message back about the manufacturer not covering the damage but the manager said he'd look into it more. (This is not normal wear and tear this is CLEARLY a product quality issue.) The piece of furniture has never been moved yet it has cracks EVERY WHERE. STILL no word back from the store. They said they would call me back, it's been weeks!!! I will be purchasing my new units elsewhere!!! Now we are in search of 3 units. We will be calling BBB. The is horrible. 2k on a cabinet that only last a little over a year.

One thing I'm sure of is dishonest businesses don't last long in Collierville. This business will not be here long. Us folk in Collierville also don't buy cheaply made furniture. Collierville is small and once the word gets around this company...

Me and my fiancé came into this store looking for a dining room table. After shopping around, we finally found one that we both loved. After paying for the table, the employee said it should be available to pickup within a week. After one week, I called the store for an update and they said, "we will call you back with an update". They never called back. I tried calling again and the same thing happened. Finally after forcing the employee to stay on the phone with me, he tells me that the table had been pushed back a week. I waited that week and it still had not come in. Finally, after three weeks of waiting, I get a call saying my table would be available for pickup the next day. When I arrived at the store, they were closed for "maintenance" and I cannot get in contact with anybody. I will never buy anymore furniture from this store and I suggest you...

Do NOT buy things from here! They have the WORST delivery setting!!! I ordered a bed frame and a dresser from them. The dresser was damaged when they first delivered it. While I was waiting for the replacement to be delivered a week after that, they told me it was damaged again. I asked several times to check with them and they did not answer the phone. I had to go to the store in person and finally scheduled a delivery date and time. BUT guess what, they couldn't make it not once, not twice, but three times in a week!!! And the worst was NO one told me they won't be here!!! Can you believe it! Plus! Their delivery guy are not strong enough to move or set up the furniture! They have to push it on the floor and they scratched my floor without any apologizes! Worst shopping...
