Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Collinsville

So normally when I leave review I actually leave feedback about the food. In this case I can't do that because I've been waiting for 34 minutes to get my pizza. Why would it take 34 minutes to get my pizza you ask? Because they forgot I exist. You would think they would have figured out if they have two drive through windows then during a busy dinner time you might want to, I don't know going to go out on a limb here, check them once in awhile just in case there's a customer there. Especially if the customer pulled up to drive through window number one and you told them to go to drive through window number two after you place your order and paid. So after being on my phone for a bit I realized quite some time has elapsed so I looked at the receipt and I had placed my order at 7:02 p.m. and it was now 7:22 p.m. so I called the store from the drive-through because that's how you know things are going well. Someone actually showed up to my window then. I told the lady and she needs to go and get my money, bring it back, and then go and get my pizza. Needless to say I was pissed. She got my money right away so that was at least responsive. But then she left for 8 minutes and came back and asked me if I wanted my pizza to which I just gave her a blank stare and told her why do you think I was waiting here still. The young girl disappeared again after asking me if I wanted pizza and came back a few minutes later with my pizza and crazy bread. She was apologetic and I tried to remember that working at a fast-food probably sucks. She also said they were short-staffed which normally is what explain the problem but in my case nobody looked at my window for 20 minutes. So somebody clearly dropped the ball. So if you ask me again will I wait for half an hour for a free pizza I would say no please take my money and...

Who needs domino's when Little Caesars not only taste almost as good but their employees are wayyyyyyyyyyy nicer!!! I tried using my piece of the pie rewards from dominos one time and when they delivered they tried charging me for my pizza... I called, asked for the manager, said he was sorry and next time I ordered to explain what happened so I did... They put him on the line and he denied talking to me and called me a TON of VERY rude names!!! I called corporate and he got fired!!!! Maybe the EX manager of dominos shouldn't have been sooo rude!!! Ever since then LITTLE CAESARS has been my go to for pizza!!!! dominos all fall down eventually xD gotta love karma!! It's came back to bite me a few times when I was younger so I just try to treat others how I'd like to be treated! But if they want to start something I make sure to end it! Anyway can't wait to eat my delicious LITTLE CAESARS...

So, never had a problem with this one until about a month ago when I came in 20 minutes before closing and asked for the pizza with all the meat on it and was told that they only have sausage left. I was thinking what does that have to do with me? I want what I ordered. I would've understood if I was told it takes 30 minutes to make, then I would've taken the sausage. Already talked to corporate about it because there was more to the story. Today, I've been trying to call so I can place an order for around 8:30-8:45 and they're not answering. Its ok if they're really busy, I'll try to call back in a few but, at this point, idk if I want pizza now

Edit just talked to someone and they explained why I couldn't get it last time and I apologized told them that the last person didn't tell me that. So, I'm getting...
