Keep trying to give this location chances but seem to be let down every time... went here for the first time in a while a few months ago because I am to the point in my adult life where I am obsessed with Panera sandwiches. My chocolate croissant was forgotten in my drive through mobile order. Okay, that's fine, mistakes happen, I get it. The next time I stopped in a week or so later they once again forgot my croissant as well as the cookie I ordered for my boyfriend and I hadn't realized until I got back to his apartment. My mac and cheese was also not even heated up so I had to put it in the microwave. Luckily I even had access to a microwave. THEN the next time I went they once again forgot my croissant in my mobile pick up order and I was fuming at this point. My final straw was last week when my bf and I had a free delivery promo on his account so we ordered a nice meal after we both had a long day at work and noticed when it arrived that BOTH of our pastries (my chocolate croissant and his cinnatop) were forgotten. Couldn't call the store either because by the time our food got delivered the store was closed. Luckily the boyfie got a credit on his account but we won't be going here anymore due to the fact that these issues happen EVERY TIME WE ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. So frustrating that I have to drive to Edwardsville every time I want to get Panera but they have never done...
Read moreAwful very awful customer service… will never ever order anything from them… I order a delivery from their app after paying for delivery and a tip, I called to let the store know that I had missing items and they told me I ether had to come and pick it up from the store my self or they can’t do anything about it since now they don’t have their own drivers so the store sends out Doordashers to deliver the orders… so I called the DoorDash and DoorDash CS was amazing and they were willing to send another driver out to pick up my missing items from the store and after DoorDash called the store to try get my missing items together the store told them they will not be making my missing items orders even thought another driver was willing to pick it up from them… very rude lady on the phone as well from Panera… I order and paid for delivery for a reason if I wanted a pick up or dine in I wouldn’t be paying for delivery… so for them to tell me I ether had to pick it up my self or they couldn’t do anything for me was beyond my self… and the craziest part is that they refuse to even get my missing items together when DoorDash offer them to pick up my items from them and they refused… as much as I order from them I will never ever will order from them or at least from that...
Read moreAwful service. I did an online order for in store pick up and the order said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got to bread co at the time my order said it would be ready. I got an email saying my order was done but still didn’t see it or have them say my name. After trying to be nice because they were busy I had waited 30 minutes and still nothing. My husband tried to ask for help and was ignored. When he finally got someone to help him they asked for the name on the order and the manager said “I never saw that name”. A younger worker pointed out our order on the screen and the manager said “Oh I didn’t make that because we are out of broccoli herder soup”. I was never notified or told that what I ordered was unavailable. At that point I just told them to cancel my entire order and we left. I still haven’t gotten my money back or gotten a notification of the order being canceled.
Also, in the middle of us waiting the manager told another worker to bring an order to a table and she explained who’s food it was by saying “the table with the Mexican sitting at it”. Awful management...
