I ordered food online and it said it would be ready at 8:13 pm. I arrived at 8:18 pm and my food wasn't ready. I let them know and I sat down while they started preparing it at 8:22 pm. Once the lady was done preparing my food she brought it to me where I was sitting. I left home and noticed when I opened it, four items were missing. I went back to Qdoba and told the lady that prepared my food that she left some items out. She said, "I can't believe they left that out." It was her who prepared my food. Anyway, she gave me my ground beef and tortilla chips. Then, I'm assuming her manager, asked me what was going on. I explained and they decided to start my order again and he had to prepare the veggies because they were out. I had sit back down and waited another 10 minutes for my food. I decided to eat inside right now because I had to check it and I was starving. The past 5 times I've been here, I've had the worst service. I am def going to a different location from now on.
This happened again! I ordered online and it told me it would be ready at 5:48pm but since I know they are terribly slow and terribly trained I gave them 20 more minutes. I get here 20 minutes after I am supposed to pick up and my food is still not ready and I am being completely ignored at the pick up section. I gave them another chance but the staff is not improving.
Seriously, this store is a...
Read moreI hate posting stuff like this but think there are some quality issues going on. Ordered steak burrrito with little guac and a side of chips/salsa.
Staff were great, they were working the best they could, no complaints there, thus the 2 stars. The serving buckets were however nasty and looked old.
Chips were so salty. We had to use other chips to scrape the salt off. The napkin we used to scrape salt onto(should have taken a pic) had a legit pile of salt, probably enough for another bag of chips. In the end we almost drank an entire soda before eating the food just to combat the salt and gave up 1/2 through the bag. Not sure if the salsas were bland or our taste buds were ruined but we both agreed it wasn't great.
Burrito, steak was room temp if not cold. No flavor, though this could have been due to the pickling of our tongues from the salt on the chips. About 1/2 way through, a bite of steak was so fatty that I had to spit it out. That happens, sure. Next bite, got some guac and it was repulsive, maybe even spoiled, spit it out and ended my meal.
Stomach was upset the rest of the evening but no other ill efects. I love food and left still...
Read moreSo look, I can't say that I have ever had bad service here but food quality & consistency is a huge problem. I came in Friday & ordered a steak bowl. It was probably the best bowl I have had here. I came in tonight and ordered the same thing and it will likely sit in my fridge until I throw it out. For a $13 to $15 dollar bowl customers should consistently get great food. I think training is definitely lacking. Rice is often undercooked, steak is either really good or really dry. The steak pieces need to be consistently cut the same way. Sometimes, the chunks are way too big to go with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Also, the actual bowls are flimsy & not great for take out customers. Customers don't want to be given a number to try & fix something that should've been correct in the first place. Companies need to really start engaging customers that took time to share their experiences. I have had my reviews read 180K times and I still think there is so much more to do. I bring this up because a restaurant never knows what customer is walking through their doors. Would they serve Martha Stewart a cold, dry steak bowl?? More than likely they...
