El Poblano Mobile — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

This was my favorite place till they decided to steal money from me I'm already living on the streets n I save my change just to go to this truck specifically! Just to have them take the last money I had to order my favorite tacos . I ordered my carne asada as usual a burrito, and I decided to add rice n beans on the side. Not only did they not put the crema on my tacos like I payed for but they denied me my rice n beans that I also payed for. So with that said I'll never go here again . My husband is Hispanic native American I love his culture and I love the food so I always look for tacos. I'm very disappointed it's sad to be discriminated against cuz I look white. I know this is what it is cuz they let other Hispanics ahead of u and treats them like family. Your food may be good but your humanity sucks. Out of the four times I've come to you I've only gotten what I ordered twice. Now I let that slide cuz they were busy and it's my bad for not checking my food. But hey that's what I get for being nice and not paying attention so again that's on me but what I will not tolerate is someone taking money from me and I'm expecting what I paid for only to be robbed and told I didn't order that. So thanks for showing me your true colors and anyone I know that's wants to come to you I will let them know they will steal from u and tell u u didn't pay for that. Especially if your white! So thanks for ruining my favorite spot. I have made complaints about the theft to the police and now I'm making one here. If your white better speak Spanish or ur getting robbed. First, and Last time going. I wanted 2 tacos to go and a small burrito and horchata and apparently, if ordering tacos u have to have 3 or more for your order to be to go. ?!?! Tacos looked ok, when I got home I had alot of fat and (hard meat?) I wish I had more actual meat to eat and not have to remove alot of extra stuff. The Small burrito my son did love and that made me happy.I tried this place because I use to eat tacos at Karely's taco truck across the street,but since their taco truck wasn't there we tried this place. Tacos are not even that good and had dried lemons and cabbage for toppings. I was asked If I wanted Green or Red salsa? and since i haven't tried their salsa wanted to try them both. The lady wasn't happy that I wanted one of each. She was rushing me out and then I proceeded to say she forgot my Horchata, and had an attitude that she had to get it.. Didnt bother me but I just wont he returning. Hope others have a better...

Went in with high expectations after hearing great things about their Papusa. Well, I was disappointed. We showed up, gave them our order (6 Papusas and a quesadilla) and was told we would have to wait 30-35 minutes because they had two big orders ahead of us. We chose to wait thinking it would be worth it. It was not. We waited more like 50 minutes. Then, we get home and I notice that instead of my chicharron papusas I have chicken. I still gave it a try. The food had no flavor and the inside was still soggy as if they were rushing and weren't fully cooked through. I ate half of one and was done with my meal. To top it off, my fiance went back the next day (he liked the quesadilla) and when he showed up the truck was closed. He called and was told "were tired so we aren't opening until 3 today." Even tho their hours clearly state 10 am opening. It was just unprofessional and not worth the wait or the money. Very disappointed. Go to Angie's Latin...
