We have came to this establishment many times and this is the first time we have experienced a very rude disrespectful teenage employee. On the sky ryder there was a sign on the bottom that simply said if you need help putting on your harness to bring it up and a worker will help you first of all if you do not have enough workers for safety purposes, you should shut that area down don’t assume a kid knows how to put on their harness There were two older kids in front of my kid. There were between 10 and 12 years old putting on their own harness, my kid is seven didn’t know how to put it on so she walked up to the worker to ask for help worker assumed that she was cutting in front of the girls and very rudely told her to go back in line. I’m not too sure what else she told my daughter but my daughter came down crying and my daughter told me that the worker told her to go back down so my husband got upset walked up there and told her there’s a sign down there for people that don’t know how to put it on, and that you would help she was rude and very disrespectful. He came back down another young girl claiming to be the supervisor started going off on us, gave us no chance to speak And my husband told her I wanna speak to your manager and she said oh well I am the manager and he told her I want someone above you so all she said was follow me and kept walking. I told my husband to watch our kid while I go talk to someone higher. I waited outside of the office. The young sassy, so-called supervisor with no customer experience service didn’t say one word to me not even a my manager will be out shortly just walked right past me with sassiness. A lady came out and asked me what was going on and I clearly explained to her what happened and I told her your workers need to know how to explain to children better she could easy said stand in line and when it’s your turn, I will help you And when a parent comes out with concern, you don’t just be sassy and be disrespectful that upset my husband and then you would think that a supervisor that is supposed to handle these situations properly would have better customer service. I honestly believe that those two workers should’ve been sent home if they don’t know how to talk to their customers they shouldn’t be working in a children’s establishments. We walked over to the ball pit area, and you can clearly see that they don’t have enough workers today. There was not one worker in the trampoline area the Paul pool area if you ain’t got enough workers to supervise each children and to advise them what the rules are Then close for the day I as a parent watch my kid, but everybody knows a lot of parents just sit on their butt and stare at their phones and don’t even watch their kids. Corporate needs to do something about this. Don’t hire anybody off the streets just to open your facility especially disrespectful kids that don’t know customer service that give attitude that is just therefore a paycheck and clearly hates their job.. one worker for the entire floor not even watching sitting on the massage chair staring at his electronics.. the manager should be out on the floor making sure the workers are doing there job….

This place is an absolute hidden gem 💎 in Colorado Springs for parents with little tots looking for some indoor adventures this season! ❄️ To start, I have a 3-year old we took here on New Year’s Eve and he had an AMAZING time! I can see the place getting really busy on certain times/dates—we came right after opening (walked in at around 10:30AM and they only open at 10AM that day) and it started filling up as noon creeped in. Parking was decent, free, and there were lots of open spaces even later when we left. Staff interaction was minimal (which we liked) for introverted peeps wondering about it. There’s also food you can buy there since they do have an indoor cafe that mostly serves pizza 🍕 We bought tickets in advance online to make the day more seamless and it worked. Also, the website states that grippy socks are mandatory inside the facility and they do sell them on-site as well 🧦 The place is pretty adult-friendly as well, perfect for teenagers and parents who actually want to play with their kids! The ninja warriors course is a challenge—even for my husband and I, who are both calisthenics enthusiasts. Definitely got a good work-out in just playing around 😂 Oh, and did I mention they have pretty kid-friendly arcades? 👾 most places have pretty bad odds of winning anything but this place had us winning a price on the first try! I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 despite our wonderful experience only because some of the attractions were closed while we were there and while there’s a number of massage chairs for the adults, I was pretty bummed to realize that most of them weren’t actually working and there’s maybe 3 chairs I saw that was operational despite there being more than 10 in the whole facility 😅 TLDR; Great place to take little tots for an indoor adventure—they have pizza, go-karts, laser tag, arcades, etc. Definitely recommend!

I’m coming on here just to share our bad experience. Yesterday, we visited Urban Air on Academy for some fun. We are usually working on weekends and really wanted to have some time off for our boys to enjoy. While my mom and I were working on our computers, my 20 year old sister and cousin watched over our younger brothers. They were playing in the ball pit when they noticed a young couple, around 15-18 years old, engaging in inappropriate and sexual behavior. Before that, the girl intentionally pressed her butt against my 13 year old brother while they were walking around. The guy even began throwing balls at our other 7 year old little brother’s face because he did not want them in the ball pit while they were “busy”. My sister and cousin took a discreet photo to show the manager who they were and they confronted the couple. As the couple stood up they were both pulling up their shorts. They came over to tell us and we went over to talk to the manager right after, we expected some action. However, the manager didn’t seem very concerned and asked us to find the couple ourselves. We intentionally blurred the girl’s face out of respect, but such behavior is inappropriate, especially in a public setting around children or people of any age. Unfortunately, there seems to be no vigilant supervision by the staff, particularly in the ball pits. It’s truly disheartening that these incidents occur here, and it’s even worse that children and others have to play in an unsanitary environment. Proper sanitation measures should be in place, and there should always be someone supervising to prevent such occurrences. Our upset stems from our young ones witnessing this firsthand; they shouldn’t have to encounter such things anywhere.

I visited to do one thing: play StepManiaX, an arcade dance/rhythm game. I was told on the phone I'd have to sign a waiver when I show up, for accountability purposes. I showed up and no employees were at the front desk. I waited for 5 minutes. Didn't see a single employee walking around.

So, I proceeded inside towards the arcade, seeing as how no one was available to have me sign any waiver they mentioned on the phone. The place was dimly lit and I counted a total of 2 employees: 1 at the concession area and 1 at the go-kart area. Beyond that, I saw countless kids/teens jumping around the bouncy areas unattended.

Anyway, I found the StepManiaX machine and I immediately knew not to get my hopes up because chances were good something would be iffy about the machine...and I was right. The speakers were completely silent on it. I wasted a credit just to find out that no sound comes out of the machine. I attempted to locate an tech or front desk employee to help me because I thought maybe the volume was just fully turned down.

After a good 10-15 minutes, somebody finally appeared at the front desk and after she located a tech, I was told the speakers on the machine were broken and needed to be replaced. If that's the case, why is the machine even turned on? Customers are going to waste their credits, only to find out the machine has zero sound. Why not turn the machine off and place a sign on it that states it's out of order until the speakers get replaced?

It's a shame because this is the only StepManiaX machine in Colorado Springs and it just happens to be at a dank, unsupervised, rundown trampoline park with loud children drowning out any hope of even hearing the music from the game. I wouldn't be surprised if the speakers are still broken (I visited a month ago) and I don't know how long they've been broken prior to my visit. If they don't want the machine, they should just sell it to me, I'll gladly take it off their hands and set it up at Soft Landing's arcade where it will be properly maintained and taken care of.

The only positive is that the machine, at the time, was fully updated...even though the internet connection was disabled when I visited. They must have the wifi for the machine turned on or they have an ethernet cable plugged into it. That's good that they at least keep the machine connected online so players can log into their profiles and track their scores, along with giving the machine the ability to stay updated with monthly song deliveries. It just ultimately doesn't matter when the machine has broken speakers and is placed in a location with screaming children and go-karts.

The pad itself seemed to work perfectly fine, there were no sensor issues or touchscreen issues that I noticed. It's just pretty tough to play a music game that you can't hear. If they could fix the speakers and move the StepManiaX machine to a corner, away from go-karts and most of the commotion of the trampoline park, that would be so much better for the people who want to visit to play SMX.

I promise you'd get far more customers/revenue just from having a working SMX machine, if you actually took care of it and took into consideration what it means to play an arcade rhythm game. I'm not trying to be elitist. It's just simple logic: a video game based on listening to music needs to be placed in a location that's actually conducive to allowing the players to hear the music. It isn't enjoyable if the volume is turned down low or the music is drowned out by noisy customers and unrelated music being played overhead.

I don't think many businesses understand the concept/requirements of rhythm games before they jump into purchasing/leasing them. They just acquire them, toss them anywhere in their arcade, and don't even bother to attempt to understand the basic accommodations that rhythm game players require in order to have a good experience. It's very different from practically any other arcade game because no other arcade game requires you to hear it in...
