Lions Lair Pro Gym — Local services in Colorado Springs

I’m an IFBB pro. Sadly, I didn’t get to try out the gym. All the gyms were closing on a Saturday, the one i was lifting at was closing before I was done. I’ve gotten tired of the terrible gym hours that other gyms have in this town and I needed a place that’s 24 hours and so I called this gym to ask if I could purchase a day pass. If I liked it I would have gotten a membership. I called and someone answered, but the gentleman on the phone wasn’t exactly inviting and had a tone that made it seem like I should have known better than to call outside of office hours. If someone is actively there answering phones, people should still be allowed to access the facility. And before someone responds to my bad review with the office hours, people have actual jobs. Those office hours are obviously for people who don’t do anything during the day. What’s sad is another bodybuilder recommended this gym to me and said if I reached out the owners would probably have no issues letting me use the facility. Super disappointed. Probably won’t try going there or contacting the facility again.

Amazing gym for anyone who likes to lift, regardless if you're a competitive physique athlete or not. (If you do compete, there's definitely some added perks, like the posing room, kitchen, etc.). I didn't get to meet the owner when I visited but everyone at the gym had nothing but good things to say about her.

The equipment selection and spacing at this gym is second to none if you're in Colorado Springs. Also very reasonable day-pass and membership rates considering it's 24/7 access. I wish there were more gyms like this throughout the state!

Be mindful that most locally-owned gyms with 24/7 access are NOT staffed 24/7. If you're a first timer, I'd recommend going on a weekday during the day so you can get in. It's silly that people leave a bad review for this place when they show up at 6 pm on a Sunday and are upset there's no...

I’m an Over the Road Trucker and had a nearby delivery. I called over to the Lion’s Lair for the daily rate and they accommodated me nicely.

My first impression upon entering was “It’s a beautiful gym.” Very Very Clean , Spacious Great Equipment well maintained.

I met the owner and he was Extremely Nice and friendly. Both he and his wife are both bodybuilders. They train those who ask, and let u be if you have your own program.

I spoke with several people who were working out and everyone was nice and welcoming.

If I lived in Colorado Springs this would be my gym. And if my truck route brings me back into the area, I’ll take the time to return to the gym after such a wonderful experience...
