Lost Island Miniature Golf & Adventure Park — Local services in Colorado Springs

I took my 7 yr old and 15 Yr old granddaughters there today i paid for 18 hole golf and the Ninja warrior gym the mini golf was fun the girl working by herself was busy said the Ninja place requires closed toe shoes ok well there was not one person in this whole Ninja place whatever it is? and there was not anyone checking you in it was a very dangerous situation Zipline thing that had no instructions to tell us how to do it had no padding if you fell it was cement to make a long story short the whole place was very dangerous kids could get hurt or killed. they charged like 10 bucks per kid remember they asked if kids had closed toe shoes I feel they should have been asking if they had helmets and body guards so too dangerous don't try it. we left I called the manager he said they are short on help because they hire kids that are still In school I said then you need to close it he said "no that's why adults should be with kids. It's like going to a pool with no lifeguard" he was very rude. I said homeless people could go sleep there ( on all the appearing to be filthy mats pads or whatever they are) he said we periodically check it out and we lock it at night I said homeless people sleep during the day too I said I just hope when you check once in a while you don't find a kid hurt or dead he said we pray for that. I told him I don't like his answers and I will call to have an inspection done...

The place and staff are nice… I want to start off on a good note before we get more into it. My children are 8, and 3. We have been going here awhile and always loved it. Great fun, affordable pricing clean. However, I’ve had two older and significantly taller children physically assault my three year old. No one speaks up and if it wasn’t for my intense abrupt response I believe the much older girl who was physically assaulting him today would have kept going. She made his bleed knocked his crown on his tooth out of place and caused bruising on his face. And this girls parents didn’t say a word, they didn’t apologize or have their brutal child apologize. In fact they sat there and let me reprimanded their child for hurting a younger child. It’s dangerous to have small children with violent misbehaving children. So now I will state we will unfortunately have to take a break of this place because no one seems to know how to handle these things!! The staff last time this happen told that child she would have to leave and it wasn’t okay but today I didn’t even bother I gathered my boys and we left. If parents aren’t monitoring their children and it leads to things like this it will further cause problems for this establishment. I am saddened to even have to write this post but I do not believe in physical violence and in this manner. So if you have smaller children be careful if larger children are present your child could end up...

I attended a child's birthday party there and this place was disgraceful.. After there was a misunderstanding about the duration of the room the hosts of the party were kicked out of the party room and told to move to the main lobby where they could finish their party and have their cake. The kids played there but when it came time for the cake the shift manager Became disrespectful and highly combative for no reason. It was awful since we were told to have the cake inside She was out of line and when a different party guest went over and said surely this is a misunderstanding as we were told to have our cake up front she said I'll just tell you this if you open that cake I'm calling the police. it was absolutely disgraceful. She threatened the woman in front of children. Simply unacceptable. Then from there the woman called the owner and it got even worse. He did not give her a chance to talk and instantly started yelling about the rules and procedures and that's all that matters rules and procedures. It was simply disgusting that someone who claims to be in the business of fun for children cares about rules and procedures more than ensuring a toddler has a Happy Birthday . I hope that you read this review and choose not to go there because literally any other place would be better to host a birthday party at and staff will treat you with more respect than this owner...
