We are soo thankful to have found the Hanson Team! They helped us get our new Endless Pools E550 SWIMSPA delivered just in time to begin physical therapy after spine surgery and it has been a huge blessing to have a water therapy program @ our home. The owner, Mike Zook was terrific! Thank you so much Mike! The entire team, including Jeff, Josiah and Ashley have been a pleasure to work with for this big purchase. They are the best in their industry and you will not find a more knowledgable & customer friendly spa company. Josiah helped answer 100's of questions re the E550 and its capabilities and Jeff led our installation & setup, along w the amazing team @ Spa Movers, they were all flawless & work so well together. We are temporarily housing the SWIMSPA in our garage while we construct a 4seasons room, at which point the team @ Hansons & Spa Movers will help us move the E550 to its permanent location. What a blessing to be able to use the SWIMSPA while we are doing our construction! We highly recommend them to anyone searching for a SWIMSPA or hot tub. Thank you team Hanson!

Mark and Jennifer are both fantastic! I recently purchased a High Life Envoy hot tub from them! Jennifer spent some time with me explaining each tub and the benefits of each. After the sale, Jennifer pulled strings to ensure I would have my tub prior to a party I was throwing during the holiday weekend! She came to my house and showed me step by step how to test the water and to properly take care of the tub! The delivery team was exceptional! I was not present, but I observed them with my security cameras and they worked very hard to make the tub fit exactly how I wanted it with very limited space! I spent some time researching tubs and visited every hot tub store in Colorado Springs and found the quality of these tubs to be superior! Iwould rate the overall experience six stars if I could!

This was my first hot tub purchase. I went to several different spa sellers. Including the home show. It became a bit overwhelming at times. I knew I wanted a saltwater spa. Hanson was the first place that I went to. And I ended up back there after talking with several other companies in Colorado Springs. I'm very happy with the four-person limelight that I purchased. Ashley was great! Helped me out with my purchase and got me all set up. I recommend Hanson Hot Springs spas. It has been a great experience.

UPDATE* I couldn't figure out how to respond to the owners response, so I decided to just edit my review with an update.

My wife and I decided that we want a swim spa for our family. We visited 3 reputable spa stores in Colorado Springs, Hanson first. Again, we are approached by Jennifer (same woman with terrible service as last time). I figured that maybe she was just having an "off" day last time, and I'd give her a shot again. Shame on me! Same know it all, judgmental, passive aggressive, snooty woman as before. She asked what she could help us with, and I let her know that we were interested in a dual temp swim spa. Immediately, she responded saying, "well those start at $75k", with a tone that said, you can't afford that so, moving on. I asked for a brochure about their swim spas, and apparently Endless Pools, can't make a brochure, it's only online. Anyway, instead of offering to show us their line on their website, and walk us through them, she just tells us that she can email us the information. As if we should go home, wait for her email, and then go back if we want to take the next step. SMH what kind sales person does this? Then she continues to tell us that we probably don't have the wiring for a dual temp anyway, so we should look at what SHE wants us to look at. Apparently, I can't hire an electrician to wire a hot tub properly? The list of insulting assumptions that this woman makes could go on for days. The owner does not realize how much business she is losing him. Fed up, we leave, go to the other spa stores, told them about our experience at Hanson, and the immediately ask if it was Jennifer. They all go on to say that they love her. I was like, how could you love that wretched woman? They went on to tell us how many people go to them because of her, so she is pretty much just handing them sales. When we went to Hot Tub Heaven, there was literally a family in there that saw us at Hanson Spas, and told us that they left because of the same woman, they couldn't stand her. Since the owner obviously doesn't care about rude employees, and won't fire her, do yourself a favor and shop at Spa Palace or Hot Tub Heaven. They also have great, reliable products, and will make you feel right at home with their friendly, informative staff. Plus, Hanson Spas jacks their prices up, then offers free financing. It's not "free" when you jack up the prices so high that even "free financing" means you end up paying 150% of actual retail value. And if you're anything like me, I don't like to finance, so I just shop for a great product with a fair price. You will not find a great price here. I just left the store very angry and disappointed. Upon arriving, a very nice man greeted me and started asking questions about what my goals were so that he could better assist me. I explained that I had previously owned a Caldera spa and that I had sold it when selling my previous home, and that my new home would be finished later this month so I was trying to gather current info on the different spa brands so that I could make an educated decision on my next spa. I informed him that I was a medically discharged army veteran with a bad back and I would need a tub that wasn't too deep. As the female "sales manager" walked by he briefed her on what I was wanting to see if she had any ideas. She quickly took over and brushed the kind man aside. Every question to her was answered with a snooty reply and most questions were not able to even be finished because of her interruptions. I told her about my maintenance routine on my previous spa that worked great for me, she said, that's gross, I would not have stepped foot in your spa and I'm surprised anyone did. After about 10 insults and snooty responses to basic "spa shopping" questions such as, what filtration is used, can you show me your clay filters that your brand uses, what type of pumps are used, etc., I couldn't take the horrible...

To be honest I did not do a lot of comparison shopping. A few inquiries and then I went with the first store I visited, Hanson Spas.

I liked the feel of this business from the start. Mark was nothing but straight talk, no hard sell, no up-sell. He showed me a variety of models, patiently explaining features and advantages. When he confirmed that my tub was on a second level deck he told me I was going to need a crane.

Alright, this is going to be an adventure.

I was hoping to surprise my wife while she was out of town and I outlined a rather ambitious timeframe for getting the job done. Rush jobs can be annoying but Mark didn’t flinch. He just grinned and bought into the entire scheme.

On a site visit Mark saw exactly the challenge I had described, a plethora of Ponderosa pine trees that would prevent any truck from getting behind the house where the deck is. This meant that tubs old and new would have to be hoisted up and over the house, around and threw pine trees reaching 30 to 40 feet in the air. Within an hour after Mark left, the crane operator arrived and after pacing out a space in the driveway, hard up against the garage he determined that he could possibly pull this off.

Next I contacted one of the electrical contractors recommended by Hanson, scheduled a site visit and told them I would want them to wire up the new hot tub the day after it was delivered. In the meantime Hanson had scheduled the crane. My wife left on Saturday. The electrician scoped out the job on Monday, the tub was delivered Tuesday and the electrician came back Wednesday to complete the job.

Everyone showed up on time. The three-man crew hired to help remove the old tub and place the new one arrived at the same time as the crane and viewed the logistics with no small consternation. The location of the existing deck was right beneath a tight cluster of trees and the crew expressed concern about tree limbs scratching the tub coming through this narrow window. After a few more moments of assessment they determined the best course of action would be to work the other end of the deck where there was more open sky.

The biggest kick was that everyone seemed to enjoy being in on this great challenge and surprise. They were all professional and patient. Mark even arrived to witness this complex procedure. More than one person took pictures of this extraordinary extrication and installation. With surgical precision the crane operator carefully maneuvered the tubs around trees hoisting them high over the house and gently putting them in place, guided by two-way radio transmissions from the crew behind the house async he could not see exactly where he was lowering the tub without. In his 30 years of crane operation he said he had never had a case this tight.

Any number of factors could have thrown this project off schedule and prevented it from being completed on time. Wind or electrical storms could have prevented crane operations. Hanson just happened to have my desired model and colors in stock. Everyone’s schedule fit right in.

It’s always fun when a plan comes together and I could never say enough good things about the people at Hanson, the people they recommend for ancillary services and their assistance in pulling my zany idea together.

As it says on there web site, “We don’t just sell hot tubs, we provide an experience and this was one great experience to remember.

Oh, yes, my wife was surprised. After years without a functioning hot tub, the sight of a brand new spa for her to relax in brought tears to her eyes. Well worth the time and effort that went into getting it done. Thank you Mark, Hanson Spas and...

We bought a hot tub from this store in 2019, and have had nothing but issues with it from the start. After giving hansons every chance to correct the issues and always being directed to fine print in warranty paperwork, I have decided to finally give my two-year review. Their product has electrical issues with them having to fix this seemingly same issue multiple times which should be the first Red flag for one of the most expensive dealers in the area. The pvc glue you can visibly see around the spa looks like a 2 year old finger painted pvc glue all over the pipes. In addition, their workmanship toward putting panels on, screws in, etc. Is laughable for multi- thousand dollar products and we have had panels fall off or seriously warp multiple times for just the fact that they were not installed properly with stripped screws, damaged anchor points, etc. This is in addition to the spa coming dirty, needing cleaned, and missing the cover we purchased from their warehouse, without so much as an apology and taking nearly a month to finally ship the cover I paid for. Their customer service is garbage as they tell us to go ahead and fix the screw and panel issues their installers caused by myself under their "Amazing" warranty while asking me if I want them to ship me the screws. The Spa pillows are not great quality and deteriorate which they do not inform you about, until you have an issue with one and now have to order them "special order" for probably much more than the price of other brand's spa pillows, while they send you an email telling you that you are out of luck with this "great" warranty that doesn't really cover anything but the standard big ticket items. Either way, good luck getting them to get back to you with the price of a pillow as I am still waiting a couple weeks later. The Chemicals they sell in the store are horribly overpriced and they tell you that you have to use theirs to "ensure longevity" of your spa over other company's normally priced chemicals. The customer service ends on the date of the original sale, and since you can get all of what they have to offer from a company that sells a similar sized unit with more features at less than half the price, please let my experience guide yours to a much better one. Let me dispel "their selling point myths": their quality is not better, more like comparable; you still have to use chlorine by their own maintenance requirements; the verdict is still out on their warranty being honored by stores across state borders, but with the "warranty service" I have received so far, it is not looking good; and the "Low maintenance" they sell you, for my spa is actually as follows: 1 to 2 tblspoons of oxidizer every time you use it and 1 to 2 tblspoons of shock at least once weekly, monthly filter cleaning with their $35+ "special filter cleaner", and draining and thorough cleaning with silver cartridges, stabilizing chemicals, filter cleaners, water treatment (ph,alk, chlorine, oxi $145 depending on size) and changing the filter, additional$120 every 6 months. [*prices will "vary" (increase)], and in addition to all of this, you Must clean the sides and filter drain catch every time you get in because the material and design loves to attract and solidify your organic matter. I hope this review helps and may your experience be...
