The unit we stayed in (off Woodmen) was a great temporary home (2bd, 2ba) for just over three months. Very clean and private. Family dog was allowed which made the whole family happy - plenty of space on/off property for walks with or w/o dog since this property is right next to a creek. Furniture and appliances in top shape. No problems with mail. Internet, TV, and phone top-notch. Hassle-free invoicing and billing. NO HIDDEN CHARGES.

Day one in our condo seemed fine except for our front balcony view of dumpsters. By day four my two small children aged 9 and 5 developed severe headaches. Investigating the issue my wife & I smelled heavy gas leak coming directly from hot water heater. Cindy & Kevin made jokes how us new comers from the South must not know exactly what a leak entails. Cindy Minks is a snake. She baited my family into a "luxurious condo with a great view" which turned out to be a ratty apartment with a view of the dumpster. She overcharged my bank account on multiple occasions and would not rectify it as she previously promised. This lady is a scam and I would not urinate on her if she was on fire.
