Let me take some of your time to praise Take A Peak Consignment! I’m not a “connoisseur” by any means; just a retired Quality professional so trained by my old job to notice almost subconsciously numerous things about a company, its facility, operations, and people. And I’m extremely pleased to recommend Take A Peak from a continuing sampling, as it’s always a great experience to visit, and of course enhanced by the chance to take something home! The store is clean, bright, open, and its items displayed well. I guess the term “well curated” strongly applies here, because all of the wide variety of items are truly “upscale.” Be sure to have one of the friendly staff explain to you the pricing difference between new merchandise and previously-cherished items, because the current charge on those latter may be lower than what you first would assume. And I feel that the initial prices I see are quite fair. That pricing system seems to create considerable movement of high-quality items through the store, as there’s always many new things I see replacing those I saw the previous time. The staff is not only highly competent but they clearly love their positions and work extremely well as a team—and they are just great people. So much of the variety are quality variations on a standard furniture, wall décor or other category to enhance your usual needs. I absolutely loved this store and the owner Tammy . But unfortunately, that has changed. I bought a Louis Vuitton or what I thought was an authentic piece of luggage per what they had told me. I bought it and then when I picked it up one morning to get ready for a trip it broke. I did go back and they assured me they looked up the serial number even though I couldn’t find it. I trusted them since I have sold and bought some beautiful product from them. I decided to take it into the Louis Vuitton store to be fixed and would know if it was actually authentic . Finally got it back which if you ever had sent anything out to them it can take a while. Well guess what…… On a bright blue ticket it was NOT authentic :( I tried calling and Tammy she was out of town so I waited and finally got ahold of her. She was not very nice at first which is a bummer but it’s okay. She told me there is nothing she can do and what even was she supposed to do at this point. It’s a little hard to handle when someone says they will not be making anything right because they already paid the consigner out . My thought is I would want to make sure my customers were not taken advantage of and try and make it right some how. I would be so made at the person that I thought was being truthful lied . So if you are going to buy anything from them please PLEASE check every damn place you can to make sure it is in fact authentic and not just trust them. We love Take A Peak! Such a fun store to look through. They have EVERYTHING!

Need art - they have it! Need a new living room look - got that too! House decor and trinkets - have all of the! Everything is fairly priced and in great new or gently used condition.

I found a BEAUTIFUL brown leather couch set, cow print blanket, and all the matching chairs and accessories.

The staff is very friendly and the guys helped me carry my new purchases out to my car without having to ask!

Such a great concept for a business and excited to come back for more! They have new things everyday so will need to add this store to my biweekly rotation when I go on my Target runs!
