Goodness these people hate their job or they hate working with each other. Out of the seven of them, 6 looked miserable. First, they had a new hire on the cash register. Poor girl must've been nervous because she couldn't figure out the change for .11-.06 and instead asked if I could give her a nickel. No problem, she'll get it. She looked young and eager. After asking her for a sour cream, a guy on the line with a necklace of hickeys responded haughtily "for who?!" After opening the cover, it was the equivalent to about a third of one of their squeeze hot sauce packets. I kid you not. Granted, we didnt pay for it. If we knew we needed to, we would've paid for it, no problem. The cashier was super nice, had a big smile, but there was some miscommunication with my order. I needed to order a crave box and I guess she didnt hear me. We asked for another sour cream and paid for it this time. We asked them to put a good amount in it. The manager with red hair thought she was being "cute" and over filled it like an ice cream cone. My sister looked at her in amazement at how stupid and silly she was being. Then the manager huffed and puffed about it. I feel bad for her. She must be going through some stuff. But apparently there's a sour cream shortage at this Taco Bell. The last time we came to this location, they had none and another customer yelled "you guys are always out of sour cream". I opened up my Crunchwrap Supreme that was heavy on the lettuce, a sprinkle of meat and a sprinkle of cheese. I don't really care for TB and it's a cheap meal. So, my expectations are pretty low, but not when it comes to customer service. Customer Service, I feel, should be viewed like common courtesy. The only reason why I gave them two stars were because of the cashier. If she wasn't there and I could, they'd get not one star. Maybe another location...
Read moreThey were very nice people but I called before driving 20 min to see if they still had the vegan nacho cheese and they said yes. When I got there I asked if they had vegan cheese before ordering and they said yes. When they called my name to grab my order they said they didn’t have vegan cheese. I also ordered two regular chips and cheese for my husband and they forgot the nacho cheese. I ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes with no cheese and no sour cream and they put sour cream, 10/10 do not recommend this location. Why even offer vegetarian/vegan modifications when nobody bothers to make sure to make them correctly.
Edit: I just went to this location for the second time as I forgot how terrible it was. I was the only person in the drive thru with literally nobody eating inside. After I paid the lady asked me to park in a spot and she’d bring the food out, I honestly should have just insisted and waited in the drive thru line. There was a car that came up behind me that made a fuss after 10 min of waiting for their food and I saw the car get their order before me. I waited 20 minutes in my car and then got out and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes in the restaurant. I know, I know… I probably should have just asked for a refund and left but I was waiting so long already I thought how much longer could it be. The wait time was unheard of even for a sit down restaurant to have, it’s absolutely ridiculous. They were so unorganized that they burned the potatoes for my order and had to start over. I overhead them talking about how they didn’t know which items went with which orders and then started to gossip about customers and about people who recently left or got fired. Avoid this location like the plague as the 2.9 stars should be a hint. I really don’t know why corporate hasn’t shut this place down yet or at the very least...
Read moreThis location is severely understaffed. Twice now i have waited an unreasonable amount of time for a simple, singular order. Im talking like 20 minutes for 2 tacos. Everyone in the cafeteria area had a mutual impatience that radiated like cancer. I watched as dozens of cars in the drive thru were serviced before my to-go order. The only reason taco bell does not receive one star from me is because they have really good prices. Also there is no one manning the register! You have to wait 5 minutes just for someone to acknowledge your presence! Edit: so i decided to return once more, this time they were appropriately staffed, there was a cashier that was welcoming. However there are still some issues. The wait was still too long, however, this time (the shift manager i take it) apologized for the wait. The other problem that i observed was that one of the employees dropped food on the ground, proceeded to immediately pick up the mess, and returned to working at his station without changing his gloves, which is obviously unsanitary. Although my experience improved, there are still a lot of areas of opportunity for this taco bell. Edit 2: after visiting this location a couple more times, I've decided to never come back. I sat in the drive thru for over 40 minutes, and they butchered the entire order. I can say confidently as of 2024 this is the worst taco bell...
