Trudy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Colorado Springs

Your staff were incredibly rude on my first (now last) visit to your shop. I was watched from the moment I entered the store by every one of your staff. Was it because I was pegged as a potential shoplifter? Maybe because I was the only masked person in the store? Regardless, I was asked once if I needed help. I stated no, I came there to peruse the cards. That was all that needed to be said. I didn't need assistance. I needed to be left alone to view cards. I needed time to read and look at the pictures. It's a very personal experience, buying a loved one a card. Is it too much to ask to quietly look at your cards?

I was in the store maybe a total of five minutes before getting so uncomfortable I had to abandon my shopping endeavors and leave. I felt affronted as your staff circled around me, repeatedly walking behind me, asking if I needed help again. It was so awfully rude and uncomfortable. I felt pressured to leave and did...without spending my money at your establishment. Wouldn't recommend this...

Having moved into the Rangewood and Dublin area this past summer, I knew eventually would wind my way thru the strip mall here at Lexington and Woodman road and THIS BEING Christmas and that festive moment where you're wanting to give I finally found myself walking in to the Hallmark store, & was greeted by several of the stores cordial employees with their beautiful smiles and finally made my way out of there with just at a $100! Hahahaha! I love their opportunities of choices for anything that they inventory, and this particular location has a LOT of different ideas for gifts no matter what the occasion! This store was fully stocked with a plethora of fantastic options! It was clean and organized and best of all was the service I received. An employee by the name of Desiree was incredibly helpful! It absolutely made the trip to this store (as I live over an hour away) well worth it. She remembered me from my phone call (to make sure they had what I needed) and not only showed me the different options for what I was looking for but for the specific occasion as well.
