Binghams Traditional Clothing — Local services in Columbia Township

I just purchased by 4th suit from Binghams last week. I have been a customer for nearly 15 years. While I am far from their best customer, I never feel that way. As a local business owner, I am sensitive to keeping business local, but I am also aware of customer service and valuing the customer. I have always felt like the staff at Binghams is wanting to help me find exactly what I need. When I went in last week to buy a new suit they did not have a suit coat in my size in their regular suits, so they directed me to the sales rack where they found one that fit me perfectly at 50% off regular price. It was a perfect solution. Additionally, they took, a gift card that was expired for most of the total. All due respect to "A Google User" but my experiences were quite a contrast from your claims. I want to say Thank You to the salesmen at Binghams Traditional Clothing store. My son and I were on the hunt for a bowtie to match his girlfriend's prom dress, a shade of pink that seemed like it was going to be difficult to match, and though Bingham's was unable to help us one of the salesman took it upon himself to call a competitor to see they would be able to help. Luckily for us, the other store was able to help and save the prom, but if this wonderful man had not made the call, we would have two very disappointed kids on our hands so, Thank You Binghams for your kindness today.
