If you’re looking for lighting and/or accessories, don’t miss the opportunity to shop at Bright City Lights. The staff is friendly, super knowledgeable, and I had the most amazing customer service experience with them. When they say they stand behind their products, they mean it.

I recently called the store from my home where I couldn’t get our five year old ceiling fan to work. After describing the problem to Becky, she walked me through a number of steps to figure out what was going on. When we determined the fan needed a new part, Becky asked where I lived and showed up at my house 15 minutes later with the part! It was an unbelievable experience in the most wonderful way. We don’t live in a time where people go the extra step and my experience with Bright City Lights is that they always go the extra step.

I really appreciate people who know their stuff and Becky and the staff at Bright City Lights know their lighting. They’ve certainly earned my business for our ceiling fans and interior/exterior lighting needs. They totally stand behind their products with no hassles!

I recently had the opportunity to drop in their new store in downtown Columbia and it’s very nice. They’ve also expanded their inventory to include accessories and gift items. I will definitely be shopping there for gifts now as well...

I had the worst customer service in my life! I ordered 3 lights on Fri and Saturday we got an email it was back ordered until August. It didn't work for me so I went in on Mon. To order something available instead. The woman with blond hair was very rude. She informed us she could not help us as she had an appt and she was the only one there. It was 10:30 in the morning and she was eating when we arrived. She then informed us she doesn't work on commission which told us she did not care if she made a sale or not. I got my $650 refund and left. I will never go there again and I cannot...

I live in southern CA but was doing some research to find a discontinued under cabinet lighting and fell upon this establishment; I was so pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism that the person on the other line had that I just came to leave a review just to share the positive experience. I gave her the item number and very I could finish the number she knew exactly what it was that I was looking for and told me that she didn't have anymore in store but did direct me to another location that might be able to help me.
