   Read moreI have been a loyal customer of this dispensary the Columbia, MO. since it opened have always felt welcomed and left happy with the customer service I have received. I have been to several different dispensaries in the past few years. Not once have I had an experience in 5any of them. Until this evening's visit, it started great, and then it didn't. I was asked what I was looking for, I responded 4 for $40 and as I was speaking my cashier (ID#80031) went to retrieve it. When I asked what strain it was she told me. I asked can I could mix and match. I only wanted 2 of what she had grabbed. That's whenfelt her attitude changed, she spun her tablet around saying Here's is what we have. After I started to scroll through it, I could feel her attitude even more. So I then ask her to please bring up the brand and only 1 popped up........ Now I'm upset with the whole situation, had she just said from the start without attitude # 1- there's no mixing and matching when i asked. BEST OF ALL #2- not had me waste my time looking through her tablet when again she knew or should have.... I took the 4 for 40 paid rounded it up and she took my money never gave me my change of close to 5 dollars. And didn't say another word to me,but to her coworker she said I'm going on my break and burnt out... Absolutely.The worst attitude I've ever had from somebody who has the best job in the world in my for opinion. Owner if you read this I'm sorry but as of now I won't be returning to this dispensary. I know sometimes things happen so I didnât bother calling. 7 comes around and I decide to call the store at 7:19 to check the status of my delivery. I informed them I placed an order and received email confirmation and provided time order was placed. I was placed on hold for Supervisor. I repeated the same thing and he says he doesnât know why, he doesnât see order and he hurriedly rushed me off the phone telling me âthe only thing he can tell me is place another orderâ i try placing the order again however i received error stating no times available. I call back and speak with the same supervisor and informed him of the error and apparently the light bulb goes off in his head because he responded with his words slurred stating âoh yeah itâs too late to order online, ordering stops at 7. I explained to him i understand however it wasnât my fault nor my mistake so why couldnât I place my order over the phone. He offered me to come inside store and he would provide 20% off. I explained if that was an option I wouldnât have chose delivery. He says there is nothing he could do. No resolution, I was just SOL. I wouldnât refer anyone to this store. The only way I will return is if I have nowhere to go. I ended up finding a new and better dispensary. If you want great customer service try...
