I love the variety this store offers. However I routinely have a very negative experience with one cashier in particular, I think her name is Nicole but I know she has red hair. She is always rude and impatient, acting like the customer is inconvenient. I tried to overlook this many times over the past year or two as I’ve spent a long time in customer service and want to always be generous. But I was here today, waiting behind the line as the sign directed me too. She said “You need to start unloading your groceries now” SO rudely, when the customer in front of me hadn’t even paid yet. Then she handed me the cleaning product that she accidentally cracked, and said “you’ll need to go get another blue one this one is leaking”. I thought she must have been talking to the lady bagging my groceries as I had not yet paid and was attempting to do so, but she made me walk across the store and get a new bottle. When I came back they had pushed my cart so far away so that I didn’t initially see it and had to awkwardly back up more than 10 feet to go out the correct doors. We love many things about this store but the customer service here is truly a joke now between me as many...
Read moreI love shopping here!!!!
Great fresh produce, good products, excellent deli and meat shop, extensive liquor department. They also have a little café where you can pick up a coffee, tea, beer, or glass of wine. They have a fenced in patio that is dog friendly. Seats on the patio can be limited depending upon the time of day, however they do have more tables and chairs that are in the café which are socially distanced.
Next to the deli they also have made to order pizza or pizza by the slice.
They have a sushi chef and a ramen shop by the produce section.
They're really great about keeping everything sanitized during the pandemic. Masks are recommended indoors right now following current CDC recommendations.
They also have a Schnucks app that you can download. The points accrue pretty quickly for money off of your next purchase. You just scan a code on your phone at the checkout to apply the discount. The app also has the option to have the machine not print a receipt at checkout to help save on paper, you just need to enter in your phone number on the keypad while you are starting...
Read moreI would suggest going to Clovers or Natural Grocers as an alternative! Many of their products are quite a bit more expensive than what I find at other stores: (Nan Pizza $3.59 - $2.29 at Clovers, Evolve Burritos at $3 compared to $2.29, Ozark Water at $2.49 compared to $1.49 at NG, just to name a few). Having Schnuck's affiliation they should be able to get some better prices on their products. No way that the local one off stores should be beating them out on prices, I can seriously buy Cliff Bars cheaper at gas stations......
Also, for a "Natural Food Store", I was disappointed to find High Fructose Corn Syrup in the ingredients of the Aloe drink I purchased. Seems like they are mixing in a few low quality products to seem like they have cheaper options.
Lastly, my clearance item rang up at full price at the register, not a big deal but a bit of an annoyance. 2 stars for having some flavors or options that are hard to find at other stores, but save your time and money and go to one of the other natural food stores nearby, you won't get fooled by fake products and...
