Mr. Daniel was very helpful and seemed friendly even very knowledgeable about computers. I brought my sons gaming computer to him to see why he could not play some of the games. He said it was probably due to low memory.. he added 32 gigs and that was $165. My son’s Chief complaint was lagging on the games VrChat and BmonG drive. I told Mr Green this! Well took it home did the same thing. He suggested trying Ethernet cord we did still lagging..(mind you he said initially when I brought the system in that box stores normally just sell a box with lights to make it appear to be a gaming system but it doesn’t have the components needed to run most of the games and that it may need something added or upgraded ) So I called him and he said it maybe the gaming card.. long story short I took it back he said it was the gaming card which was $800. When I went to pick it up there was a white guy in there with him and when Mr Green was informing me of the cost i dropped my head out of frustration and the white guy was about to tell me something about the Bmon G drive game but Mr. Daniel shushed him with a hand motion that he didn’t think I saw but I did and I thought it was weird. this time he charged me $66 and I still have the original problem.. I fault myself some cause when you let some people know upfront that you know absolutely nothing about something they will most definitely take advantage of you.. $231 dollars still can’t use and I know he knew this from the start.. Mr Green this isn’t right and God see and knows all!! You robbed me and my son.. don’t see how you can rip people off like this and think good gonna come from it cause it’s not.. I highly do NOT recommend...

After buying a laptop from this guy FOUR days (12/4/2019) ago for $350.00! I imediatley noticed the battery was not holding a charge, giving me shy of TWO hours of charge before It COMPLETELY DIED. DANIEL (the owner) NEVER made me aware of the malfunctioning issues with the item. After contacting him, he told me it's not his problem and that it's not covered under the "parts" warrent. He NEVER explained what was covered and evaded ALL of my pertinent questions. Furthermore, he told me that I would have to PAY MORE MONEY to correct the "malfunctioning" battery. Lastly, he REFUSED to help me or explain what could be done and HUNG UP IN MY FACE mid conversation. Daniel was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and ignorant to the way business is conducted. $350.00 later, I would coution ANYONE about doing business with him or any of his affiliates...the level of disappointment will be ASTOUNDING!!!!!.....I will be taking...

Daniel was awesome with helping me purchase my first laptop over ten years ago when I was starting college, I was extremely happy to know that he was still in business so that I could purchase another! I've purchased two laptops from him this year (one for business and the other for my personal use). Daniel is always professional, courteous, respectful, and very fair with his prices! I wouldn't have been a return shopper for 2 more devices if there was such problems with him or...
