K Seafood Market — Restaurant in South Carolina

I called to get live blue crabs. The woman that answered the phone stated that they will have some by 3 pm. I paid for the crabs my sister took a Lyft to pick them up after 4 pm. When she arrived the woman stated that the person bringing the crabs was not going to be there until 4 pm. We reminded her that it was after 4 pm. She stated ok well come back later they are stuck in traffic. I explained to her that my sister was in a Lyft. She states that she would deliver the crabs as soon as they get there. She was a no call no show. I called her around 8 pm and she stated that, she still had not received the crabs and that she could just refund me my money. Smh, honesty is always the best policy and it is good for business. Now after waiting all day, I am left with no crabs and have to wait for refund to placed back on my card. Will NOT EVER...

I called to inquire if they had blue crab. I was told “no” then the call disconnected. I called back and asked again. I was told’ “we don’t have crab” then I proceeded to ask if they would get any this season. Once that question cleared my mouth, the female that answered raised her voice and repeated “we don’t have crab” and she hung up on me. Now I know the first call was an intentional hang up. I was going to place an order after I found out whether or not they would get any this season, but now that will never happen. Really second guess myself from eating here from the reviews but I went on head on my lunch break because it’s was close ! I had taste for FRESH fried shrimp & Quakers so I stop by to give it a try since i never ate here before .. I wouldn’t recommend eating here if your looking for fresh fried food because when I got my food I noticed my shrimps has been soft and smelly like old fish plus when I got there my food was open sitting under a light where flies could’ve gotten in/on my food .. I ordered two quakers combo ‘ my fish had been broken before it was fried in which I didn’t get both quakers.. it’s overall messed up my taste buds and was definitely not worth my $20 .. won’t be eating...
