I think this is the worst company I have ever had to buy products from. I've never had a more horrible experience trying to get the most expensive furniture I've ever bought delivered to my home. What kind of company allows a $5,000 purchase to only be delivered at a time frame from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. no matter what day you pick!?!? So what happens when it's only you and there's no one else to be there at 3 to 6 pm? Does the bed just simply not show up? Well according to my customer service representative, that's what happens. You can't make THEIR SCHEDULE you don't get YOUR BED. I've never had a company tell me that I--the customer-- am an absolute inconvenience to the delivery routing schedule. Not only are they refusing to give me a time that works FOR ME in the morning, they're telling me there's nothing they can do for me and we'll just have to start the return process. GLADLY!!! YOU'LL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN. And everyone will know the experience. The recorded phone call with your incredibly rude agent to the online chat with another rep because I didn't want to call and have the same treatment again. Worst consumer experience EVER! Worst salesmanship! I was actually lied to! I asked the sales representative in the store if the bed could be delivered early in the morning after finding out when you purchase a bed they force a $200 requirement for them to show up and give you your bed... But only at their convenience! The entire transcript of this conversation will be blasted on every online review outlet I can find. I have never been so insulted by a company. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. The most sleep I got on this bed was the 3 seconds when I closed my eyes at the store to see if it just felt comfortable... Sad isn't it? All this would have been avoided if the sales guy want so interested in just the sale and not lie to me about the product and procedures. But now at this store I had a gentleman tell me that it's easy to change the time frame to the morning we just have to let them know when they call us about the delivery. Well they never called in the time frame they gave us, so I guess the 3-6pm time frame is also a lie? Horrible experience. the only reason I will step foot in the store is to return absolutely everything...

Read moreWe mainly dealt with Matthew for the bed demo. When we went back to purchase, Matthew was busy with another customer , so Timothy, the manager, closed the deal with us. We bought the ILE bed with the foundation at the presidents day sale price. I had been looking at a multitude of different brands of beds for quite some time and the only one with full adjustability was sleep number. I did have to visit a sleep number store to really get the experience and feel for the bed. Matthew knew the beds in and out and answered all of my questions with ease. What really sold us was the pressure point demonstration and the overall feel of the bed. I am a side sleeper, immediately the pressure from my hips and shoulders were gone. My wife said the same about her back, and she is a back sleeper. Overall the sale price and the 24 months 0% financing closed the deal. This also included free delivery, and set up, and free removal of the old bed. The app, which works great and has a lot of cool features is also a major plus in controlling the bed and reading how well we sleep. Our bed is yet to be delivered but we were very happy with the overall experience so far. We are trading up from another manufacturers...
