Level up.. what can be said about how awesome this place is?! The staff, great, wonderful people who will actually interact with you! The place is FULL of entertainment, from the smallest child to the bigger "children" like myself they are SURE to have something to peak your interest. While i was there for my son's birthday yesterday, he had the biggest smile on for the whole 4 hours we were there! We tried the arcade, didn't even get to play everything because there's so many to choose from! After some time there we gathered everyone up, into lazer tag! They had an absolute blast in there, though i can't comment on the course itself since i didn't join in the "war" but the kids were so excited when they got done it HAD to be fun! Then it was time for the rope course, and this i did take part of. Not only was the course itself pretty neat, it felt secure while climbing around on it, and I'm no small sir, plus the staff they had with us was a bunch of fun, and not just that, the kids i brought, some had a fear of heights and their team member helped them face their fears in the kindest of ways, the kids felt seemingly victorious after that. Was that all though, nope Level up KEEPS DELIVERING! We wandered over to the attach bowling alley to try and knock over some pins, mind you, no one in our group is a avid bowler BUT i can tell you that by the end of the game we were all nothing but smiles. This was an absolutely amazing experience for my sons birthday, i couldn't be happier with out visit, literally no complaints whatsoever, blown away by the level of care and the amount of entertainment. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for something fun to do...
Read moreLevel Up is one of my favorite options for a night out. I have 3 active kids, and I am SO grateful to have such a diverse, 'one stop' destination to suffice the need of escaping our hectic, monotonous, day to day life! Sometimes we will plan a family evening of bowling or miniature golf. Other times, I will just load credits onto some cards for my kids and then send them off to play games. We usually start with $20 in credits each, and this usually gives them about an hour of play time. This let's me indulge in my own escape, as I sip on a frozen cocktail and have my own fun at attempting to beat my high scores at Centipede or ski ball 🤗 The kids get excited about having their own cards because they love to save up their points over many visits, to work towards being able to get one of the better prizes. I do, also really feel the need to comment on the quality of their food! Their menu offers the usual arcade/bowling alley options. However, what you receive will blow your basic expectations out of the water! Everything is cooked fresh and is so delicious! My personal, top choice is their wings! If you've been hesitant on trying them in fear that they might be fatty, mushy, or rubbery (like a lot of other low-key wing places), I'm here to reassure you that you will be happily surprised. The seasoned chicken they add to their nachos is also another option that you won't regret! Whether we go as a last minute, inexpensive, 'whats for dinner' option or, as a planned trip, for some quality family time, Level Up is always a fun experience that leaves us feeling refreshed and never...
Read moreWhile I have had fun there. March 16th around 4-5pm there was this worker Johnny. He looks about 16-18. He doesn’t know what he’s doing obviously. We were signed up for laser tag. Had our little buzzers and everything. And then the buzzer went off. That meant we were next for lazer tag. We get there within 5-6 minutes. Note you’re supposed to be there within 10 minutes or you lose your spot. We were there on time for our spot. And all of a sudden while we’re waiting a whole new party who wasn’t on their list gets to go due to being “forgotten”. Which wouldn’t be an issue if we hadn’t been buzzed to go next already. We were already waiting for two hours. We were then told to wait and on their list of people they put down next to our names on the list “Hot heads”. Because we got upset cause they let a party before us. And then we were finally called for Lazer Tag, we had paid money for to go alone, Johnny paired us with an entire group. He then continued to disrespect us like crazy. This was the worst birthday experience. Don’t go here for...
