Lovesac — Local services in Columbia

On 06/03/2023, morning time I went to the Lovesac store which is located near Harbison Blvd, Columbia, SC. The customer service is amazing. The staff is having good patience and great hospitality in receiving the customers and answering all the questions.

I personally, when I go to other furniture stores, it feels like just order something and come out of the place based on the staff's attitude. But this place, it's very comfortable. I felt like I came to the place that I know from years. Thank you Lovesac for the wonderful experience and for the wonderful staff that you have. My recommendation will be to buy from Lovesac and its a good thing that the furniture is being made from recycled bottles that is helping the environment. The staff at the Harbison Croosing Lovesac was very friendly and helpful. We were able to create the perfect Lovesac system for our room. All we had to do was verify the color combination when we got home with some samples they provided. Then we ordered our system over the phone with the staff at Harbison. Very disappointed in their customer service. Be careful once they deliver your couch they will no longer be willing to help. Ordered a back pillow over 8 weeks ago and still hasn't shipped Called was promised it would be delivered within 8 weeks. 8 weeks go by and called and was jerked around. So, much for great customer service. Think twice before ordering from them....
