Fantastic staff, employees, and product. We had an amazing experience at the Purple store in Columbia, MD(Columbia Mall). JAKE and STEVE were a huge help with getting the very heavy mattress to our car. We did carry-out. We could not have done it without their help. LAUREN was great at helping us process sales and discounts. It’s an expensive mattress (but worth every penny!) and you can tell that all the staff really believe in the product and want to help you find the best deal. She was willing to answer all our questions over the phone and there was no pressure. STEPHEN was our first contact at the store, days earlier. He was wonderful and made our experience really comfortable. We were prepared for the normal mattress store sales routine - pressure to buy, following you around in the store. But STEPHEN made the process enjoyable. We were able to try out every single mattress comfortably with no pressure to buy. I really appreciated him asking us what our timeline was for choosing a mattress, instead of the standard pressure sale. He also was able to answer all of our questions and make us aware of all the different sales and discounts. We honestly had an enjoyable experience, with no pressure or awkwardness. We left feeling happy about our experience and comfortable with calling with questions and ultimately choosing to buy from the store. Even if you don’t buy a Purple product, I still would recommend visiting this store to learn about mattresses and how you should be treated while shopping for one! We had previously purchased a Harmony pillow from another store. We now have a second Harmony pillow and our new mattress is a PURPLE...

Bodean's knowledge about the products was impressive, and he patiently answered all my questions, guiding me to find the perfect items that suited my needs.

Excellent shopping experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Interior is clean and pretty. Despite being so close to some food options at the mall there were no lingering odors. We got the full tour with lots of opportunities to test out the mattresses and pillows.

The representative was super awesome! She walked us through different options and the general reviews for all the items. No sales rep pressure - conversational but gave us space to run around and test things. I felt like there was a lot of transparency when she told us that the test bed we tried had been there for a year, compared to another that had been there since the store opening. She also made sure to break down the pricing as well as included sales (in store sale was better than the one listed online!!)
