THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN EVER ORDER FROM. The worst people I have ever dealt with and the most incompetent individuals to ever work in this society. All people need to stay away from this store and company.
We ordered all new furniture for a brand new house we bought and were looking forward to it all coming together. On delivery day they send a guy who is physical unable (not fit like badly) to the job and falls getting out of the truck and is now “hurt” which delayed the delivery by 3 hours. Once they finally get another guy to help finish they realize the bed set they sent was not even close to what we ordered and is wrong as the kind we ordered would not work with the rails they sent. Pissed off, naturally, they say they can order new ones and change them out but we have to wait 2-3 weeks (which is absolutely unacceptable) with no compensation given even though it was their mistake. Now mind you their delivery policy states two inspections would be done to ensure correctness and no broken pieces were sent which was CLEARLY NOT DONE either time!!! They then tell us it’ll be delivered one day but then try to change it to a later day and we had to fight tooth and nail for it to be the original day they said.
NOW, heres the best part and how incompetent these people are. When they sent the new pieces guess what they did? THEY SENT THE SAME PIECES AS BEFORE. These people sent the same wrong pieces again. Sorry but how incompetent do you have to be to do that? Insanity. The problem then lies with the customer service people telling us “they didn’t know” or “they don’t know anything” “it’s not their fault” and that they would call us back on numerous occasions which did they? You guessed right THEY NEVER DO OR DID! Worst customer service ever dealt with and who act like little kids not adults and back talks to their customers when faced with directness about a situation that should never have happened. Of course I’m frustrated and pissed deal with it YOU NEVER disrespect your customers when your company messes up TWICE on the same BS it started with especially when the customer has paid you that much money. It’s customer service 101 you do your damn job correctly, and the customer is always right no matter how pissed they are or they sound. You do everything you can to correct, offer compensation, and get it fixed in a timely manner.
The problem still is not fixed and no call back at all or information about when we actually get to sleep in our damn bed because of these issues they refuse to do anything about.
Never shop here. Never deal with these people or company. They need to Immediately go out of business...

We ordered $6k worth of furniture and when I called the Ashley store regarding a zipper issue on one of the pieces of furniture the manager at the store informed me that he noticed notes the the drivers indicated they damaged my front door and wood banister. I just built a brand new home a few months ago and everything in my home is brand new. Per the managers help, I filed a damage claim with the furniture delivery company which I found out is contracted by Ashley and is not the actual Ashley employees. They asked me take photos of the unrepairable damage to my banister and I just received a rude certified letter indicating that the damage on the banister was not caused by the movers and that the moving staff took photos indicating they didn’t do damage to my banister. Why would the manager tell me he seen notes on my delivery acount indicating they did damage my front door and banister if they're saying they didn’t? My wife was the one home when the delivery was made and she indicted that the movers were not only very sketchy, she was afraid to be alone in the home with these guys but they also smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be intoxicated. Apparently the fact that they were intoxicated would explain their inability to move the furniture safely with out damaging my home.

Read moreI have been having the worst time with this store and the delivery. Went in one night before July 4th, knew exactly what we wanted, showed the salesman, he ordered it, and told us we got free cornhole boards - sweet! Delivery day comes, the bed wasn't ordered with both cubbies like I expected, we didn't get our cornhole boards, the movers BROKE our ceiling fan, parts of our nightstands weren't installed, and the handles on the ONE CUBBY weren't installed, it was super disappointing and not indicative of the premium delivery we paid for.
I reached out to customer service, after a bunch of back and forth, I was finally compensated for the broken ceiling fan (at first they didn't offer enough to cover the cost of the fan...) and they ordered the other cubby at no cost to me (the most positive thing they did - for which I am grateful). I was told by customer service that the store manager CANCELED the cornhole boards - which I don't understand how they can cancel something that was promised/ordered to us.
Today, delivery day two! The new cubby arrives! The delivery team comes in, I show them where the new cubby is going (replacing the side rail), and they get to it. After longer than expected and a bunch of drilling, they start carrying the cubby back out. I asked them why they were taking it out. They were confused. THEY REPLACED THE INSTALLED CUBBY WITH THE NEW ONE! I was like "um, noooo... that goes over here". Finally - both cubbies are installed and the handles are installed on all the drawers. BUT. I still don't have my promised cornhole boards.
